Great storage units. Only one issue - the pallet in my locker was broken and could be dangerous if not careful. Should be replaced.

All went well at the Carp storage site. Rates were reasonable, and staff was responsive and helpful.

This was a very pleasant experience. Cindy in the office at 128 Willowlea Rd Carp was amazing. She showed me different lockers and explained the whole procedure very clearly. Very nice experience and provided all the info I required. I would definitely recommend this company and location.

Good place to use for storage, they try to suit your every need with 24hr access, secure gated entry and great customer service!

Cindy has been nothing but helpful! Unit was clean and accessible. Was never overcharged for payment. Would totally recommend!

Cindy at the front desk has always been impeccable! Her service outstanding, she always answered any and all questions without compromise. She was the best. The occasional staff replacements were just as courteous and excellent.

The locker itself was perfect and I have no complaints about it at all. I always appreciated the furnished palettes to protect my items from any possible water leakage, which never happened.

The pricing has become outrageous and the restricted hours of access to your personal property is outrageous.

I would recommend them as they Do deliver for safe and secure storage but with the caveat that the cost is very high.

In addition to the above, after paying for one week's storage, someone decided to charge my card the difference of the monthly cost. I had already refused automatic payments and so this was completely unauthorized.

When I contacted Cindy about it, she was once again courteous and quick to action. I am awaiting the return of the charge but expect no further issues.

I never had an issue of any sort with the service or the locker itself, but the cost is just unacceptable now.

Great communication and clean facility. Easy to rent and fair pricing. Would use again if needed to move or store anything and recommend Access Storage in Stittsville.

The unit we initially rented was the wrong size, they quickly set up a new lease in a bigger unit. Very polite and had no problem accommodating us.

Required a large storage locker for a few months due to gap in selling home and getting new one. Access had just what I needed and I was able to complete everything online. Great service and fast email responses.

Nothing negative to say, premises was well lit which made night trips to the storage easy.
Office staff (Cindy and a gentleman forgot his name) were very friendly and helpful.
Would return there if needed.

I had a great storage experience with Access Storage. Easy to set up, access my items, and I felt confident the items were stored safely.

AWESOME service. My parents have relocated to Ottawa from out west and needed a last minute storage unit and Cindy and Peter were able to come through, change the size of the unit even more last minute and walked my parents through everything! Flexible with timing, rates and went above and beyond! Would highly recommend them!

Called on the weekend for a outdoor storage spot they reserved me a spot and told me they would call on Monday to take payment and get anymore information they need. Monday came along I got no call so I called the next day after no answer for 4 calls I finally got someone named Cathy she was very rude and had no time for me she said I don’t have any available where I made the reservation so I asked about another location and without even checking she just went no she was so rude and unprofessional I had rented a storage unit from them before but after this I will never go with access storage again.

After being with Access Storage for 2 1/2 years, I must admit I was very satisfied with the storage unit I had. Also the client service was excellent the girls are very nice a polite every time I called in. The girl I dealt with the most was Cindy who was always in a good mood, when I would pop by to visit my storage and her to ask some question, she also answer any question I threw her way. Sometimes waiting when she was on the phone I was very impressed with her client service, knowledge she has, and her clientele. She is definitely an asset to the company.

I was very satisfied with the storage unit. It was very clean and spacious. Easily accessible in and out of the property. Cindy was extremely helpful and answered all my questions anytime and was also very quick to get back to me when needed.

Excellent helpful and professional service. Prompt replies to questions by phone and by email. Easy 24 hour access with code for gate. Nice clean unit with cement floor. Reasonable rates, 4 week cycle on month to month. As I only needed the unit one week after my monthly renewal, they gave me a pro-rated price. I would definitely recommend and use this location again.

Talk directly to the in-store staff.if you call the reservation line they will lie to you and waste your time just to make a sale.

From reservation to signing my documents at the Stittsville main office on Willowlea Road, the process was smooth and customer service was great. The agent over the phone was helpful with my initial reservation and gave me all the information I needed to proceed.

At the office in Stittsville the staff was friendly and very clearly explained the details of the agreement to me. The experience was excellent, and I would recommend family and friends to use their service. Prices are competitive to others on the market, and helpfulness from staff puts it a step above the rest.

Very happy with Access Storage. Make sure you understand terms as we were not so impressed with not one, but two price hikes during our 8 months of storage but overall, we are pleased with the service.

Very clean unit, affordable, friendly and helpful staff, easy access. Lane in front of units could be graded, to lessen puddles on rainy days.

Very good customer service but had a problem with billing department, not huge but it was unfair in my opinion.
