I DON'T RECOMMEND IT!
They try all their best to get the customers and they don't disclose all the details until upon signing the agreement and you get surprised of new terms and other hidden payments needed and you have unfortunately to comply, like the lock you have to buy from them even if you have your own secured lock! Insurance terms that was not mentioned in the beginning of the offer you get or in any phone call during inquiring. And the most surprising thing is that the charge you more than you agreed or signed on and WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE! Like in the middle if the process you receive your invoice charging double the amout you were told when you signed with them.
Besides the employees including the manager, who should be more professional, don't give any convenient answer and they are like that's our policy!

Processing and acquiring a unit was simple and smooth. Jason explained the fine print perfectly. Even moving out was simple, if not simpler. If I ever need space again, definitely coming back here.

I just rented a storage unit at Access Storage and I am thrilled with the customer service. Everything was clearly explained to me. Jason was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend the Bridgeland location.

The facility is great. But like every business what makes the difference are the employees. So, Jason and Jay from Bridgeland Storage were very helpful and attentive.

I have had the storage unit for a long time now but recently I had to upgrade. Mr. Jay at the service desk was very pleasant and helpful. Made the process so easy.

I had an amazing experience at this location and the customer service is excellent.

These people removed my credit card from the file of their own accord to do me a favour. Since I didn't confirm I was leaving and no longer had auto billing they have billed me late fees and refuse to remove them. Instead they call to harass me for payment and want me to sign another doc to re-authorize the auto billing, which I did but since they refuse to remove the late fees. I decided they don't deserve my business. What they don't realize is that I work as a realtor and recommend Access storage to dozens of clients. I'm calling each one of them back and never recommending Access ever again. You will lose so much business. For me its the principle, for you it was $6.00. Stupid move.

Great staff, friendly respectful atmosphere, love the 24 hour access, however it would still be nice to have a washroom on every floor, another elevator with at least extra long type and maybe a regular bay door or two on other side (s) of building cause when a door gets damaged or big truck takes space it’s a bit difficult to push carts on sloped asphalt overall more plus things than negatives

The facility is very new and feels very secure. You can drive into the facility to load and unload they also have carts.

Bad customer service they don't answer phones don't close accounts on time when my unit was empty before the agreed date and they I wouldn't be charged anything else if I had my stuff emptied before Christmas, why am I being charged now? I have proof my things were gone before then.

Unfriendly staff and are overpriced. You don't have access to the washroom without a key from the main desk and if it's after hours there is zero access to the restrooms.

Nice place to store. I initially opted for 4weeks storage because I wasn’t sure of the place. After speaking with the lady at the front desk i was very confident with the storage facility. I’ll definitely be storing here for a long period. I like the service and I do recommend this place.

I am using storage units for the first time and I am certain that I made the right decision for choosing Access Storage. Besides of being accessible from our place, the staff are friendly (particularly, Tolu) and very clear on giving instructions. They only give you the right size you need and suggest the unit according to your preferences and budget. Storage units perse are clean and well-lit on this location. Cameras are all over so you can be sure that your stuff are secured. Definitely, 'will recommend this branch to my neighbors should they be needing extra spaces for their things.

I came to Access Storage needing a unit to store a few items. I quickly found out that I choose a small unit that wasn't big enough to hold all my stuff and requested a larger one. The change of lockers was seamless and very stress free. What a wonderful team you have there. Would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Came to Access storage to rent a unit for furniture storage during home renovations. The staff was so friendly and facility was very clean!

The staff were all professional. They provided all necessary information and answered questions clearly. It felt good to speak to them during the challenges of moving without added stress from them. My items were safe.
They had a clean washroom, too.

This place is brand new and offers the first 4 weeks for free (unless you wanna use their van). The staffs are nice and helpful. We had no issue moving in, getting access from time to time, or moving out. There's little dust on our stuff after two months which is quite a surprise to me. Will go for them next time!

Jason was incredibly helpful and patient. Had a 5*5 unit for about five months and the rent did not increase. Overall great experience and I would recommend the facility.

Very clean, nice location and friendly staff. Only reason I moved is because they don’t have a drive up at this location. But excellent if you don’t mind the elevator.

Nice place but bad staff like Jason
Beware of Jason he charges you extra for lock without telling you and tells you that you cannot get unit if you do not pay for lock, even if you do not want lock.
Also even if you have moved out of unit on move out date charges extra on the move out note and gives mental harrasment.

This place was amazing. Clean, bright, easy 24 H access. The guy who helped me made everything so easy and smooth I think his name is Jason. The only reason I left was because I moved far away or else I would have stayed longer.

They break our locker. To find out who is occupant. First of all their office should know in their system and gave you your own locker. Not so happy for this location.

Nice place, negotiated on price cause my unit has a support beam in the corner.most places won't budge on price so I recommend

Great facility. Be aware though that billing is on a 4 weeks cycle, not monthly. Meaning you will be paying 13 times if you stay a whole year.
