I do not generally consider myself part of a company's HR Department, but since you don't hire people to do that anymore, I'll give it a shot. I have dealt with this location numerous times, including over the last change of ownership. My experience each time has been excellent by the Manager and all other staff. I am not a financial advisor, nor do I consider this financial advise. What I say is for entertainment purposes, but to be serious, what I said is true.

Nadine was very knowledgeable and walked us through the process of finding the proper size of locker for our needs

Rude reception, when I tried to make my point with 1 day now to find another unit.
Would not recommend this place!

Lighting inside the buildings is very poor, and when it rains the entrance has a very bad leak that I had to walk through to get to my locker.
Staff was pleasant, easy to work with.

I found the unit perfect size for what I needed, staff was super friendly and helpful! Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a safe place to store your stuff

Nadine took really good care of us while we occupied one of the units. Even though it was a short period of time. If I had a question she was always quick to get back to us. The units are clean and well maintained. Highly recommend them.

Everything was great with staff and storage! One thing I would check out before storing again though is: should furniture be stored on planks or something so moisture in air & cement doesn’t cause mild spores from starting within 4 to 6months? Floors were perfectly dry so it had to be normal moisture in air…

The place it good and secure, hours are fair and the employees are understanding and helpful, however the cement floors and lack of insoulatio as well as no running water and hydro make it kind of hard to get a good night/days sleep, other than that great!

Another Mickey Mouse Operation and this one just blew my mind, called yesterday reserved a unit as I’m moving from waterloo and these guys give my unit that’s reserved to someone else, I say ok I’ll deal with another company and these guys call me back today and say sorry for yesterday only to repeat the same conversation telling me that they don’t have any units for me. This my experience trying to book a unit I can only imagine how it is trying to work with these people at all in any other way and I’m out, you should be too, save yourself the headache! Updated sept 14/2021: haven’t heard anything from anyone, even after the review was to replied to, very unimpressed with this company spend your dollars elsewhere for sure
