I am very glad I went to the facility to take a look because whoever I spoke to on the phone (from the call center not on location) gave me a bunch of the wrong information that almost turned me away from this location! Happy with the facility and all they have to offer.

Staff is always nice helpful the two dudes at the store or office are always helpful and very professional. This location is also well maintained, and it’s clean all the time. I just recently transfer to a larger unit at the same location and the process was seamless. I’m glad I choose this location, and most likely will be there for as long as I need storage.

Victor, one of the store managers, was very helpful in helping me (made the process totally easy and painless) to switch to a smaller storage unit. Thanks Victor. Much appreciated.

Its nice here, and they provide service when you need them. I had a good first time experience here.

This location opens at 9am i was waiting for 45 minutes. I when back for second time nobody.try one more time 4: 45 pm finally someone can help. I was though but wasn’t helpful she say her name is Adriana o Ariana.she told i close 15 minutes so i won’t I able to help you explain my situation. She didn’t care. She told me “”I’m not from this location just cover from someone “. I told her u don’t cover it just from someone, u represent the company no matter if u r from this location or not u customer service is the Worse so i will take my business somewhere else! Access storage need better customer service.

Alan and Brandon are professional and polite. Very willing to help and super friendly. If Access Storage can get employees like them, they're doing something right! We came to them looking for storage, we got a great tour and they helped us pick a unit. We ended up finding a townhouse with our own storage and when we came to cancel, they congratulated on us finding a place and said that it was no problem to cancel our contract. Just overall fantastic people, great service.

Cheaper than most other storage units, being open 24 hours is huuuge, considering I’m storing my motorcycle there, it’s indoor, heated, and they have big, sliding doors that make it easy to get the bike in and out. If you own a motorcycle, this is probably the best, cheapest way to store it, as you can come and go 24 hours a day.

Very helpful staff. Brandon and Alan helped my husband and I to find the perfect storage container and were very genuine with their recommendations. Highly recommend this location, very well managed.

INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE at Milcreek Location. I reached there at sharp 5pm and urgently needed storage space for our small business when they were closing however Brandon and Allen gave us an excellent experience of not only finding the perfect storage space but also helped us throughout the process even after they closed.
We have used other storages but from now on I will definitely come to this place.
Would highly recommend for anyone.

The staff are very helpful and courteous. Joy was indeed a delight to work with and ensured that I was satisfied with the storage space I had rented. Brandon was equally helpful as well and showed me around the storage unit and provided me with helpful information.

Worst experience! We had an appointment today with Joy at 2: 30. We got there at 2: 18 thinking we could start our appointment earlier. The door was locked when we got there and she didn’t answer the door. We waited till 2: 40 and still she did not show up. I called 6 times and no one picked up the phone. We ended up bringing our business elsewhere and won’t deal with them again!

A great place to store if you need to. Clean, bright and fairly modern with site staff (shoutout to Joy & Alan) that really care about their customers. A rarity to see staff genuinely care rather than just pretending.

Moving? , CRAZY. I had to look for storage. I called around, I chose these folks at Acsess Storage Millcreek. Brandon stayed in touch during my search, Joy showed me around the property and with so many options it was really helpful to have people who know what the heck they are doin. The manager has a great staff and the property is layed out conveniently for easy access. Thus the name. Dont look any further call em nuw

Trully a professional organization. Our initaial contact was Joy at the location and she offered us great service. She's efficient, organized and helped us even when there was a glitch with the latch on the unit we reserved. Alan, the site manager is equally a pleasure to work with. Knows the business, and is focused on customer service, a trait missing from many businesses nowadays.
The place is clean, well lit and secure. Prices are competitive or better and location is ideal.

I had an appointment today to check the storage spaces they offer. Joy arranged this appointment to me and she was so helpful, patient, answered all my questions, and helped me to select the size of the storage suitable for my staff. It was a very good experience, the place is so organized, and the customer service was beyond my expectations.

To “”Access Storage” involved a significant hike in fees and elimination of previously honoured discounts. This is why I chose to end my contact soon thereafter.

Visited the Meadowvale location - the staff is super friendly and helpful - especially Joy. They understood my needs and helped me out accordingly -perfectly satisfied.

Very friendly and helpful employees. The building and storage units are very clean. Love the drive in to unload inside the building. Big enough inside loading bays for my 3/4 ton truck. Just needed to full the side mirrors in to drive in pass the bay doors. They also have a lot of trolleys for people to use.

Joy was really helpful, polite, friendly and guided me to get a perfect storage unit based on my needs. She was really knowledgeable with great customer service skills. Thank you so much.

This facility is just amazing. The staff on site Joy, Brandn and Allen were great with their impressive customer service. They went above and beyond to help my mother with her storage requirements. The staff was polite every time we called in with inquiries and gave us the best rates. I highly recommend this facility. Great customer service and friendly staff, huge self storage with plenty of options to select from and support stuff is already available from dollies, pallet jack, docking bays for trucks and electric loading platform.

Had previously rented a unit at Access Storage in Cooksville and the super customer service from there prompted me to look for Access again. What took me by surprise was to meet Allen, he had moved from Cooksville to the Meadowvale location at Millcreek. He is very professional and friendly and so was Tina who set up the contract. They understood my requirements and set it up in a jiffy. The place is clean, well lit and safe. Would recommend them to anyone.

Access storage located at 7045 Millcreek in Mississauga is an excellently managed location. The storage rooms are all heated, clean, and all precautions are taken against rodents. With great employees like Allen and Brandon you can rest assured that your storage needs are in safe hands.

One has their own access come & go as you please, last but not least keep your important stuff or extras with access storage. They have a cargo van to boxes masking tape & locks for your unit.

Facility is very clean and bright.
Love indoor unloading dock as it was raining.
However, when we moved in yesterday there were 5 vehicles in the bay but only 1 regular blue 4 wheel dolly and 1 pump truck for large items. Another blue dolly was there but the handle was missing.
