Fairview facility is excellent from management to storage.
Units clean, hallways unobstructed and sequential lighting alleviates any safety concerns.

Fantastic storage facility. I had a unit on the second floor but the moving van was to large to get up the ramp. They accommodated me on the first level, with a larger unit for the same rate. Customer service was excellent and the units and hallways were very clean. Great rates and service. Highly recommend.

When I needed to put my entire house belongings into storage I was not familiar with the process. I checked out a few places but Access Storage on Fairview was the best fit for me. The customer service was amazing they took the time to explain the process and set me up with the perfect sized unit for my needs. The facility is organized, safe and well maintained. The units are clean and the size is just right. I feel like my belongings are safe in my unit and I have easy access to items if I need something. A very nice place to keep your belongings very clean.and the staff are friendly and helpful. Also.the parking is great and the loading bays are quite big and roomy.

As manager of Smart Movers Atlantic in Moncton New Brunswick we offer a weekly moving service between Atlantic Canada and Southern Ontario. As we often need overflow warehouse / storage space in Southern Ontario, Access Storage is always the go-to company that meets our needs. Always very clean and professional storage facilities.

This was my first time renting a storage locker and Kristen and Rebecca made the entire process extremely easy and stress-free! The customer service I received was exceptional from start to finish - Kristen and Rebecca were very kind, friendly, attentive, and answered all my questions. The team at this Access Storage location truly goes above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of. I also received a phone call during my stay that my lock was not latched properly and really appreciated that the team is doing checks to ensure everyone’s units and property are secure! The unit itself was heated and clean. I cannot say enough good things about my experience here - thank you!

Access Storage has the perfect units for us. They are outside the coded gate, for easy access. The staff are awesome making the process of getting the locker contract signed easy. Monthly Fees are excellent for the great locker we use.

The facilities are clean and easily accessible. The staff are very friendly. The only concern I had was their discount structure if/when applied is based on storage unit availability.

Im mind boggled as to why this is the only storage company that has a user friendly website.if you need to know prices, sizes, and availability its all right there.the other company's have their info in an obscure manner? The girl at the counter in the Burlington store saw that i was in a distressed manner and babied me along the right path to choosing only what i needed.i wouldn't think of using another company

Access Storage met all of my storage needs. Coming into the store, I was met by Kristen and Rebecca - two of the kindest and most professional people I have ever met! They helped me make the right choice as far as size goes and even gave me a promotion on the unit! The units I saw were very clean and the facility is very secure and well maintained. I feel very safe at this facility and would recommend this site to anyone in the Burlington area. If you need storage, call Kristen and Rebecca directly! They had me laughing by the time I left and even gave me free yard waste bags for my garden! Thank you so much ladies! You really helped me out when I needed it!

I just rented a storage unit and the service was great! Cheerful staff who really seem to love what they do. The security of the premises is solid, requiring code access to drive in, enter the building and drive out. The units themselves are easily accessible and secure. Highly recommend.

We have used this storage facility on 5 different occasions. The units are always spotless, and the staff is friendly and helpful. 24 hour keyless entry makes it super convenient, and there’s always tons of room in the parking lot. Will definitely use Access if we need to store anything in the future!

As a local charity (Compassion Society of Halton) using Access storage, we have been loyal customers for over 10 years and we have always found them an amazing team and place to store all the overflow of the charity's things. I would like to thank the Fairview store and the gentleman that helped me at the front Desk again for being very courteous polite and understanding of my every needs, He took the time to explain to me how everything works and was very punctual with the details I highly recommend access storage in your time of need.

Everything was great, however, I was very dissapointed to find out that I have to pay over and on top for content insurance. I totally expected the price of storage space to cover insurance. Very surprised!

I originally entered all my info into the contact form online and asked to be contacted by email. I received a phone call instead which interrupted a meeting I was in. (this is why I asked to be emailed) I went in to the storefront and got registered for a "ground level" locker which is technically on the 2nd floor but since there is no elevator it's considered "ground". I think that's a bit misleading.
We went to fill our locker and we noticed there was a green tag "locking" the latch. No one mentioned we could just pull it off to remove it, but it was easily remedied after a phone call. (Thankfully we were there during business hours). The staff was all very helpful and we are glad to have the ability to create some space at home and put some of our belongings into storage.
The procedure to close the locker and our account was very simple. I sent an email and they gave me all instructions and a confirmation. I would use them again.

I am planning on moving to the Burlington area, and needed a place to store some of my belonging until my place was ready to move in.
I was looking for a place close to where I would be moving, and driving around I found your location on Fairview.
Upon going in I was greeted by Grant, very nice man very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He helped me choosing one to suit my needs.
Once I booked a space, Grant took me to where it was located (inside), I was amazed how clean the whole place was. I've never been in any of these places, so I was happy to see that it's kept very clean. I will most definitely recommend ACCESS STORAGE to anyone who is in need for one.

Access Storage Burlington was a great place for me to store my stuff when I was inbetween places to live. They were very clean, well organized and extremely friendly and do go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels safe and comfortable with the facility. Which meant a lot to me being female. I would 10/10 recommend this place for people to use.

The sign up process was fast and simple. I used it only two months but the 24 hour access was great! The rates are industry standard.

I would highly recommend Access Storage East (Fairview St.). TODD the manager helped me with all the forms online.as I showed up as VOID and didn't know what to do. Also.the site is very large and directions to the unit were difficult to follow.so Todd asked me to come down and he gave me a quick tour on his golf cart.we played a quick round of golf also.with masks! I wasn't sure if the unit I had rented was large enough.so the visual tour helped.as I needed the next size up. You may wonder why we were at 2 different sites.but it really didn't matter as our furniture.etc went to larger unit at Access west with the movers and the boxes.at least 150.went by me to Access east.and yes.we had downsized! Use Access Storage in Burlington for your move or storage needs.excellent service.especially with Covid 19 thrown in.
