Hey.once again Access storage came to my rescue.for the third time. It was a great learning experience on how to navigate complex mazes without leaving bread crumbs or chalk marks om the walls. I really enjoyed the company of wild life that roams the the place, especially the abortable squirrels that scurry from the over head pipes and rafters. The staff is very meticulous on cleaning out the the nests that they make.
So bring your useless junk that you just cant part with on your next move or eviction to this wonder full junk palace.bye bye.

The staff at this location is extremely helpful and friendly and the location is in a quite neighborhood with gated entrance and good security.

Great place to keep your belongings short term, but the rates are increasing shortly and the due dates keeps on changing monthly on the invoices which is no problem for myself but others may find it difficult if they have a fixed income. Other than the due date issues on invoicing this place is ok.

The Assistant Manager is extremely friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions and took me on a tour to view different units. I have two rental units here and I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

Fast response to my query, knowledgeable sales person got me up and running fast. I have been with them now for a year, and am finally moving to my new place. It has been a good experience for me with the 71 Rosedale crew. Always friendly, cooperative, and solved my one issue very efficiently. No complaints, highly recommended

I first talked in person to Bonnie at the Rosedale location. She was extremely helpful despite the fact that it was very busy on a Saturday and she was the only Access Storage person on duty that day.
I talked to her again on Monday, with a business associate of mine, to see units again and to ask still more questions.
Bonnie was more than polite. She was outgoing, friendly, and knowledgeable.
The third time I was in in person, I was there to rent a unit. Again, she was most helpful and thorough in explaining the rules Access Storage required her to inform me about. I realized more of the demands of her job and her awareness of its importance.
When I am at the unit, I will enjoy using it knowing that I can call on Bonnie if ever I have a question or need help with anything.

The storage we rented was good enough to store our furniture and other stuff we needed while we were in transition between houses for a couple of months. Having access to our storage unit during whenever we wanted was a plus. The front desk was very helpful in selecting the unit that is convenient and also accommodating our needs for the rental unit. They also have some packing related items at the front office which are price reasonably.

The staff especially Aby and the Janitor have been always helpful and fair. I would recommed Access Storage Brampton to my friends.

We had a great experience. It stored all of our office furniture till we found a new office space.

I rented the place (10X10 room) for two months and got the first month free (promotion period). Place is clean and tidy and It is very secure.

Be very wary of this storage company and its policies. We had signed up for 2 months and they said we could cancel anytime and the payment would be pro-rated. When I tried to cancel they said I had to come in, in person to cancel and could not do it on the phone. They are very shady so be carful when signing up for a good deal when they do half price promos. Would never us them again.

Not sure how there can be bad comments. Great prices for clean well maintained units. Lots of security, cameras and above average customer service. The customer service guy at the rental desk was terrific.

Went today to get a storage space for my move. Had the pleasure of having Bibi who was so helpful and sweet. Very great experience. Nice clean facility. Decent pricing. 10/10 recommend

I have been dealing with this location for a number of years, and have consistently received exceptional service from all the staff, but Bibi she has always been very courteous, professional and patient.

Booking was fast and easy, as well osmund made things clearer and comfortable for me, great all around service

What a great experience I had at access storage. Shanna is such a Delight to talk to with great customer service skills. The location has cleaned up quite a bit, the whole storage area including the bathroom. Ive seen a lot of improvements since Shanna joined the location as the Manager. Great job and keep it up. Will highly recommend this place.
