Love this place! Super clean and large units.
The hallways are bright and warm.
Staff is great and there are lots of dollies for moving in and out

Marcelle was fantastic helping out during a stressful move. She was able to accommodate for a bigger unit since the one i had booked initially seems too small. Overall fast, efficient and excellent service!

The York Mills location staff has helped me and my family through two emergency situations now. I don’t live in Canada but my family does, and being able to quickly access my unit and conduct changes from a distance and without the usual pushback has been invaluable.

We rented a storage unit in Oct 2022. The sewer pipe on the roof leaked and soaked our electronics, clothes and furniture. The store manager, Marcelle, has been trying so hard to stop our insurance claim. One month later, she still hasn't submitted our claim. Now it's been 3 months. We got no response from Marcell. Can you imagine that?

All the employees are really helpful and friendly. Marelcllet Alicia she is an amazing lady. Everytime any update or any information she make sure we go that on time. Thank you Access Storage for providing us such an amazing service.

Marcelle is helpful, courteous and professional. My entire experience with Access Storage has been excellent and I would recommend this location for all storage needs.

I needed a smaller unit that was closer to home, and Marcelle (the store manager) was phenomenal in helping me! She gave me a couple units to choose from and let me decide. She was so friendly and explained everything in detail and with patience. I felt confident in everything and would highly recommend!

Let me tell you, we have rented in Woodbridge, Vaughan and Brampton BUT like the service received by Marcelle Bennett today we have not received before, I would recommend this place to any one wanting to be treated like a somebody, thanks Marcelle and Access Storage!

OMG. I am so impressed with the service I received recently at York Mills Access Storage. Moving is not fun for anyone.but from the minute I walked into the store; both Marcelle and Jennesha treated me with respect and open arms. I was difficult to deal with due to the stress and anxiety about my current situation; but these 2 handled me with dignity and respect and I walked out of the store feeling restored and empowered (thank you Marcelle and Jennesha; I know I was really cranky but you never wavered). The high level of customer service I received in that store was amazing: I would travel across the city (even if I had a closer store to me) just to be taken care of by these 2 amazing professionals. They were knowledgeable about the products I needed and steered me in the right direction as far as size of unit I may need in the future. I will definitely be passing this experience onto my friends and tell them to go to this store for their moving/storage needs!

I rented a reasonably large unit from AS for a few years, which was narrow but tall, allowing us to stack quite a lot of furniture, boxes et al. As much as I wished it had been cheaper (although the prices weren’t unreasonable), I never once thought my unit was at risk of damage or theft. The premises were always clean and the staff friendly, knowledge and effective.

The one thing I would beware of at the York Mills/Leslie location is using the external stairs during Winter. I found them to be particularly treacherous on more than occasion, and believe it would have been prudent to have de-iced them.

That aside, I was very satisfied.

I currently have 2 units. The staff is always helpful and courteous. They serve my storage needs very well.

Customer service is HORRIBLE at this location. The staff doesn't know what they're doing, I had to call another location to get the issue I had sorted out. Marcelle did not even say hello when I entered the store she led the conversation with "Do you need something? ". Of course I do thats why I'm in the office. I stood there for about 14 minutes thinking she was on her computer trying to figure out how to deal with my issue but she certainly was not. These people definitely hate their jobs & need a class on how to deal with people!

Beware of the original pricing you receive. I dealt originally with a salesperson over the phone who was super helpful in looking for size and location options. Edited review - 6 months into the contract they increased the fees by 9%. Said this is a standard practice and quoted that in the storage locker industry, annual increases are between 9-12%. Elevators have been out of order two out of my four visits. I’ll be moving my items asap.

Very friendly and nice lady at the front named Marcel. We needed to bring stuff in sooner than the indicated date and she helped us a lot!

I had one storage with Access Storage for almost about a year, and today I released it and moved out my stuff. I was really happy with everything during this period of time and specially a big huge thanks from Marcelle one the staff. She has been taken care of everything from A to Z. Thank you Marcelle and thank you Access storage for everything!

Janice and her staff are very professional, give service and are a pleasure to do business with. The facility is extremely clean and bright.

I have been keeping a unit here since mid 2019. The building is very clean and well maintained. There are no bugs or other pests. The elevators, loading docks, security gate and moving carts all work very well.

2 Small annoyances:
- In order to gain access to the 2nd floor you have to use outside staircases which can get slippery in the winter. Not Access Storage fault - this is an older building.
- There are no lights in my unit (7'x15'). Just keep a magnetic flashlight there and you can stick it to the metal walls.

Convenient location close to highway 401. Marcelle Bennet was my storage solution specialist. Friendly and knowledgeable lady. Two thumbs up.

I had an outstanding experience with Access Storage York Mills location! The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, the facilities are kept clean and access to the locker is secured. Marcelle in particular went out of her way to support all of my constantly changing storage needs from start to finish - she explained the options clearly and found me exactly what I needed, and when.
