Getting a unit set up was fast and easy! They have dollies at the loading door to help get things to your unit. The street signs in the hallways make it easy to orient yourself so you don't get lost.

There were many size and price options. We also received a flexible payment option that allowed us make a bulk payment. Accessing the unit was easy and seamless, not to mention friendly and efficient staff who followed up and aimed to please. Very satisfied!

Venkata was incredibly helpful when my parents were looking for a storage unit. He was informative and patient with their questions and walked them through the whole process.

They try to get you to spend as much money as much as they can. Storage facility is clean and temperature maintained but poor door security for thieves or people who just know the code but don't have business in the building. A lot of sketchy people in the facility both inside and around the facility. Price is outrageous too.

Getting the locker was quick and easy. Every single person I talked with was helpful and informative. Also on location they had every “extra” I could imagine. Packing supplies… locks.
Just when I thought they couldn’t get any better I found closing the locker when I needed was even easier.here’s the thing. I was a few days past my anniversary/payment date and guess what? To my surprise there they didn’t change me the extra month. But here’s the kicker.wasn’t even charged one dollar for being late.

Great place, very clean, well looked after and the customer service is excellent. Couldn't be happier.

I found that the location was clean and well kept. Good parking. Service was polite. The only glitch was that when I reported that I had emptied the unit and taken the lock off it wasn't recorded and I got an invoice for my next month. A quick phone call rectified things.

This is my first rental experience, and the unit meets my needs. I was especially surprised by the height of the unit, which allowed me to stack things in a large number of layers. In addition, there are always enough cargo carts to use. All corridors are clean. Staffs are polite, friendly, very helpful, and responsive. They always answered all my questions. I'm happy with my rental and would highly recommend this location!

I ended up needing to use storage for longer than expected, and was able to easily change storage lockers in a timely manner when i needed to. Staff are always helpful and can answer all my questions every time I go in. I greatly appreciate the security of their storage lockers, and that I can access my things 24/7 since I can usually only make it after typical business hours. Having this access costs more than other places, AND it is worth it! I would absolutely use their service again if I need secure, 24/7 storage, and i recommend it to anyone else that needs it as well! Thanks Access Storage!

This access storage has been fantastic. Getting a storage unit was easy. When I first called for a reservation, they gave me options and gave me good advice so I chose a unit that would actually fit my things as opposed to the one that definitely would not have. When I went to set the account up, the attendant at the desk was super friendly and knowledgeable and was able to walk me through the process seemlessly. Her explanation of where the unit was was super simple to follow and I am horrendous with instructions. They have dolly’s for use at the large bay door, locks available. Hours of operation are super convenient as well. Over all, super happy with the experience. Thanks everyone!

I ended up clearing out my storage unit recently, as I no longer needed it. There was a few large items I no longer needed. Chantel was very kind and offered to dispose of these items for me. The customer service was really good.

Great place love being there the past 5 years and few months great service lovely people and if I need a unit again I will 100% go back to them I highly recommend them

My wife called them for a quote, (which they need your email and phone number for some reason) oh wait, it's so they can call you 3 times a week after you've told them your not interested. Really frustrating. Avoid these clowns

I had the privilege of working with Chantel. She was so professional helped me get a great rate as we didn't know if we needed the rental for a few weeks or months. I will defiantly rent with access again!

Stay away from this SCAM company! They have hidden charges that they don't tell you about in advance. Cancelling the subscription is really difficult and there is no proration! They'll charge you for the entire billing cycle (28 days) even though they'll tell you that there is 14 days notice period.
I made a mistake of setting automatic payments and that's when all the hidden charges come into play.
AVOID at any cost! There are so many options in Kitchener than this poor service business.

The storage rooms are large, clean and dry. We were able to fit quite a bit inside. We are pleased with the measures of security.

Fantastic rates and great service! Love that there is a loading dock that is easy to bring a 26 foot truck to unload inside!

First time using a storage locker. Everyone I spoke with on the phone and in person were great! Ede & Kim at the Ottawa & Charles location were amazing and helped us with any questions we had.

Have been dealing with Access Storage for over 20 years and have always found them very accommodating. Not one problem or issue.

I've rented from them before and had no major issues. Back in 2015.
Only one minor issue was the keypad for your password. I don't know if it was just me or a faulty keypad. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't.
The place has always been clean. Staff great.
I plan to use it again, this September, 2021.

Everyone was polite, straight forward, and prompt. I had no issues getting in or out of the place. The staff was friendly and personable. I didn't feel any kinds of shakedowns, deals were deals and they were given and received at face value. They did their best to be as transparent as possible, went through everything with me and gave me opportunities to ask questions. They let me know my options for the future of my storage space should I need more time with it. It was a very good experience! I appreciate the kindness they offered especially considering the short notice and the stress I was already under at the time. They were great! I'll miss them, actually.

The experience has been great so far. All the folks in the office, or over the phone have been very nice and helpful. Inwould definitely recommend this storage solution!

Our unit was clean when we went in, and though it was not immediately close to the entrance, there were always carts available to help move items from our van to our unit. Staff were all knowledgeable and friendly when we had questions, and email communications were all timely. Highly recommend!

Access Storage Kitchener ON on Ottawa St. Amazing service. Honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Storage facility is very clean, well secured and easily accessed. Would highly recommend.

Good prices, many different sizes to choose from, multiple entrances, clean and tidy, no smells, lots of security features. I know more than one person storing extra belongings here and they are happy with their choice. Adjacent to UPS store and a bakery, close to gas station, Tim Hortons, Short Stop & Dairy Queen as well as bowling, Value Village, laundry and haircuts when it's NOT Covid.

Excellent non-sense, professional grade quality staff. Good storage company in its policy & procedure. We experience no stress having Access as a provider for our storage needs. Keep up the good work.
