The two ladies in the office were extremely helpful, and made the process very fluid! I will definitely use this place again in the future.

The staff are incredibly courteous and helpful. I had an issue where I forgot my keys while moving out, they assisted so I could follow through and also refunded my payment back to my early move out date. I was in a bind and they came through. Even prior they assisted to me needing to upsize my unit and also made that easy. These people are the best!

Excellent service! Needed a last minute unit and I was in Toronto at the time of booking. Everything was handled over the phone and emails. All in all, process was super easy and the Access Storage team at this location is above all.

The 3 employees who helped my husband and I were absolutely awesome. Super helpful and friendly and made the process of securing a unit, and then changing our unit 2 days later (to a climate controlled unit) very easy for us. Both of the lockers we rented were super clean and the buildings were bright and easy to navigate. To the gentleman and lady working June 23, and the lovely lady working June 25 - you guys are awesome. Thank you so much for being a bright point in our otherwise super stressful week!

They were very easy to deal with and the few months we needed the locker, we knew our stuff was in a secure location that we had access to whenever we needed. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Found all the staff to be friendly and helpful.

Friendly and super-helpful staff. Reasonable prices. I had a great experience every time I dealt with any of the staff.

Friendly and courteous staff but that doesn't make up for the fact that I didn't get what I thought I was getting at the time of renting. The free truck is only available for certain units. Not a happy customer.

I've had lockers here off and on over the years and I've never had any issues. The place feels secure and it's always clean. They're not the closest place to me anymore but worth the extra bit of driving.
I was assisted by Taniel on my most recent visit to the office. She was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Everyone I've dealt with at that location over the years has been great.

Super friendly and helpful staff made quotation process and check in easy and fast. I thought the price was very fair. Unit was clean when we arrived. Facility and grounds look to be in good repair and secure. I felt our item in our 10x15 were safe and secure.

Organized, clean and affordable. The customer service here at this location is excellent. Special shout out to Milan who went above and beyond to make my experience an easy and great one.

If I could change anything believe it would be the contract, I believe it would be easier for people on a fixed income if it was billed monthly rather than on a four week period, but other than that it was great the facility was clean and well-lit very safe.

The Access storage facilities I am going to give review today is the one on 1545 Victoria Street N in Kitchener.
They really made our move easy and worry free. They gave us extra space when we needed and extended our stay for one extra week, all of that at a very reasonable price and good deal with promotions.
