A clean, dry, secure facility. Staff (registration on phone; on-site staff) are knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. I recommend using Access for any storage needs!

Very nice and friendly people working there. The building is very clean with lots of room for moving things in and out. The price is very reasonable.
Everything is well expanded about building security and how to use elevators.

Me and my roommate had a great experiences at Access Storage in Kitchener. It was our first time renting out a storage unit and the staff made the process easy and smooth-going, as they guided us through all of the details. Overall great experience, would definitely rent here again:)

Riley was a pleasure to deal with. I enquired online, and he was quick to call me and tell me about a new promotion which worked out in my favour. I was very pleased at how quick the process was.

For the first 2 years we were storing here, everything was great. When Access Storage took over, there was confusion. Recently my unit and some others were broken into. I did not find out about it for 34 days! Manager claims they tried to call me. I have no phone record of such a call. If they couldn't reach me by phone, they could have emailed at least. Many things were stolen at high sentimental/dollar value. Not enough security in the building to prevent theft. No cameras near lockers, only at doors. Either this was an inside job, or someone who rents there let them in. Easy to get access to the building when large door is open or by following someone who has entered their code in. Management says they didn't see anything on security cameras. Don't know how they couldn't tell thieves from customers when 2 sets of tires and rims were stolen from my unit! Can't trust that any resolution is coming from Access Storage. Moving out ASAP!

Follow up from On line inquiry was fast and informative. I received a prompt
response from Chantel at Access Storage the following day to set up an appointment to complete rental process. Was shown my locker and informed on how to operate elevator and shown nearest loading door to my locker location. Chantel went through the rental agreement with me thoroughly and answered the questions that I had. Thank you Chantel and Thank you Access storage.

It was a quick and easy process to rent out a unit. Staff was always helpful and welcoming. They also offered me a great discount for my first month.

Amazing storage and units. Overall grat experience, and can get a bigger unit based off how much you have to store. Good overall prices and even some deals for pricing, understanding amazing staff and customer service. A go to for sure

The storage is huge and clean. Easy to park. I want to say thanks to Corrina Carson. She is very nice and helped me a lot. She waited for me even though she had off work. She saved my day and I am very appreciative of her. I will definitely choose this storage again next time!

Helped my friend move her stuff in - clean area and good lighting - called in to inquire about a unit for myself - call center was very aggressive and knew nothing about the facility - "units are going quick" - more concerned about your commission and pressure sales - maybe the local reps should handle this - they would at least know the site.

They were quick and friendly. The storage locker areas were relatively clean and no smell, which is nice. The elevator is a little scary in my opinion, so if you have a fear of elevators, request a ground floor unit.

Access Storage took over a storage location at Queen St.in Kitchener at the same time that I moved out of one of the two units I had been renting. Partly due to an error on my part and the chaos of taking over the location by Access, there was a glitch in payments and 2 of my cheques were lost.
The new Access Storage staff were very courteous, helpful and efficient in resolving the mix up.

Dawn and Deanna were very helpful in the transition from old ownership of the storage facility I use, to Access. They also assisted when I lost the key to my lock and when I moved from one locker to a larger one. Great customer service!

We chose this location for convenience. We've used Hayward storage in the past & like the location, plus always clean & secure

Inaccessible. Customers can't get into their storage units. A gentleman I spoke to said he hadn't been able to get to his storage unit for over a month, because nobody is staffing the place. The hours posted online and on the building are wrong. The access storage company doesn't even seem to have this location in their system. Not sure why the switch from being woodside to access storage is being handled so poorly

This was called "Woodside" Self Storage, (when I moved into a locker), and has recently been bought out by "Access" Stogage. Woodside's super friendly staff has helped me to move in, then move from a smaller to larger locker. Now I am trying to get everything out and timing could be better. As Access is setting up, it has become tricky to coordinate my ride and when they are open during this holiday season. With no answer from calling all last week, I found out this week that they changed the number and I had to find it online through the "Access" name. So I called to see if I can change to a smaller locker for the rest of this week, for smaller fee upon move out. They have to call me back, so I will possibly be editing this in a bit.

We been happy to have this storage place for last few years. Great indoor temperature regulated, cleaned and most important staff is amazing there. All of our stuff still in great condition! Place is flexible and accessible. Happy to recommended it

Been storing things at Woodside for years, never had any issues with anything. Friendly people, clean environment.

Needed a self storage that was affordable and reliable with a short time notice and I found it here. The unit and building is clean, secure, and the staff is friendly and very helpful. I'm happy with the service and I will be recommending it to my friends and family.

Great pricing and a large selection of units of all sizes. The building is always clean and very spacious, easy manoeuvring for small or bigger items. Large bay doors and carts available make for easy moving in and out. Lots of parking available and designated parking area for unloading. Grant is always helpful and offers excellent customer service!

We needed a storage unit fast, and Woodside turned out to be a great option. Just as secure and clean as the bigger names, but with much better service and quick turnaround. They were patient and kind when they were helping us figure out what the best size would be, quoted us a few different options, and then were able to get us signed up and moved in on the same day! (The name brand competitors didn't get back to us until a week later!)

Just a tip for finding it: The office is off Woodside, across from the pool, not through the plaza where Walter Fedy is.
