Access Storage - Yorkdale

Najma (store manager) and Amanda (our first point of contact at the 1-800- number) were fantastic. Really awesome customer service, and fun too. Nice to see people up-beat and happy at their jobs, and who enjoy working with people. Give them both a raise and promotion Access!

Friendly and prompt service when we lost our keys. The authorized person came right away to remove our old lock so that we could replace it.

It's ok. Over priced.no lighting in storage containers and the security is very poor. At over $500 a month they better have lights and climate control and video security. Shouldn't be paying more than $150 a month

These people removed my credit card from the file of their own accord to do me a favour. Since I didn't confirm I was leaving and no longer had auto billing they have billed me late fees and refuse to remove them. Instead they call to harass me for payment and want me to sign another doc to re-authorize the auto billing, which I did but since they refuse to remove the late fees. I decided they don't deserve my business. What they don't realize is that I work as a realtor and recommend Access storage to dozens of clients. I'm calling each one of them back and never recommending Access ever again. You will lose so much business. For me its the principle, for you it was $6.00. Stupid move.

I've had an amazing experience since switching over to access storage. Tolu and Jason have been extremely polite and willing to help whenever. I highly recommend and I hope they get the recognition they deserve for their great work 10/10

Had me wait in heat for 50min and then very rude and bad customer service behaviour at this location. Posted hours online and on door are 9am to 5pm. I scheduled my busy day for 1pm move in at this location and did not expect why this could be a problem.

Once I arrived it was closed and I waited for 50min for the employee to come back from a burger run she could have simply ordered on Skip, Uber or DoorDash.

She was completely unapologetic that I had to wait 50min during posted opening hours and gave me an attitude about her being a human and what not. Well, yes, then bring lunch from home or order it, but don’t violate posted hours that people plan their days around.

Or corporate, change the online and door posted hours to 9 to 1 and 2 to 5 and everyone is happy.

But this way, unacceptable!

WE found the facility clean and secure. Very professionally managed, yet personal dealing. Najma took care of things. That meant alot and would use Access Storage sevices anytime again.
