It was a good experience. The staff at office was very courteous and helpful and the possession and moving out was phenomenal exactly as stated verbally. I strongly recommend every one to use Access Storage as and when needed.

Super easy, fast, helpful team members. By phone and in person really made the experience easy and fast.

Love this location for outdoor storage. Clean, clutter free. The keypad entry was more efficient than using an access swipe card.

Friendly helpful staff that work on site. Regional manager, not so friendly. Was up to date with payments at the time and was still kicked out. But I'm curious when you get kicked out, doesnt your locker go up for auction? An if it does go to auction, isnt it illegal to cut off the lock of previous owner of said locker prior to auction?

Would recommend access storage for all of your storage needs, booking was easy and quick. Got a free lock and 50% off the first 4 weeks. 10x10 unit is a good size, fit everything no problem and also has a light in the unit to make moving easy day or night!

Over a number of months and multiple interactions, Carlos, who works at this location, went above and beyond in terms of being friendly, professional, and helpful. I am sorry that I do not need storage anymore because I will miss interacting with him. By far the best storage experience I've had, and I've used storage a couple of times before.

From day one Carlos had made my experience renting a unit seamless and astounding. He was always very quick to answer any questions and calls. I never had to worry about anything because he always had an answer or solution.

Clean, dry, secure storage for your extra stuff at a decent price. Staff is extremely helpful and efficient.

Amidst the pandemic it was a tough to find a place to store my belongings that was economical and safe with great facilities. Carlos at the 1316 Industrial Road location was super helpful in getting me a perfect size storage unit and answering all my questions promptly and in detail. He made sure to inform me beforehand of the terms and policies and was very transparent in all the communication. He put my mind at ease that my items were indeed stored safely until I could get to them. Plus this location also lets customers do a virtual check in which is very convenient in the current situation. I would go back to Access Storage in a heartbeat if I ever need to rent a storage unit. Well worth the price!

Wonderful storage facility. Decent prices with a wonderful staff presence.
Really like how the self locking/unlocking gate works and the easy access to ones locker.
Washroom would be convenient though I can understand not having one during times of COVID.
I always enjoy when I see their guardian groundhog mowing their lawn by the front entrance.

Beyond excellent service! Being disabled I had a lot of fear around renting a unit, but I was welcomed, assisted, made to feel as though someone cared during a very difficult season in my life. I highly recommend this company, but most especially the 1316 Industrial Road, Cambridge location. Thanks ever so much. I would never hesitate to use your services again!
