Access Storage - Port Whitby

I had an excellent experience at the Whitby shores location. The manager there was so nice and helped me tremendously both during move in and again at move out. The facility was nice and clean and I had no issues while using the unit. The price of the unit was very reasonable and the promotion of getting the first 4 weeks free made it even better. I would recommend this location to any one looking for long term or short term storage. Thanks again Marilyn for all you did to make the renting experience a great one!

The lady manager is such a karen I went to help a friend move stuff out of a unit and then as I’m driving to a unit some car was flying around the units seen me at last minute comming around a corner and slammed on the breaks as I was leaving I got out of the car to go open the gate and the manager was there talking to her friend the same guy that almost hit me and then she tried to say I almost hit him when he is the one who slammed on breaks affter that she told
Me I am stuck inside because my friend got out of the gate before me and she wasn’t going let out and started yelling being such a karen please find a bette replace to store your stuff

Very nice people spoke with marlyn and she was awesome showed me different units and just overall great

Amazing experiences each time we come here. Marilynn is so fun and helpful and always a delight to speak to. She's been so helpful with setup and tips and tricks for keeping mice out of our unit and also by offering to help us move our stuff in.

Having to enjoy the cheerfulness of Marylynn, always a pleasure to chat with throughout this past year. Marylynn stops to exchange news, and a new door was installed, crew were pleasant. Easy and convenient location for storage. I called the sales line and they quickly connected me with the unit size and location I was looking for. I arrived at this location the following day and the setup was easy and friendly staff to assist.
