The store attendant was incredibly welcoming, and accessing the storage unit was a breeze. I had to visit this site since the other Mississauga branch was fully occupied. The clerk at this location was also exceptionally friendly, guiding me to the alternative store in Mississauga. The storage sign-up process was straightforward and well-explained by the store attendant. I highly recommend this storage facility.

Christopher and Daman helped me with my needs and they were professional and informative. The staff more than made up for the rather creepy freight elevators. These two people deserve a raise!

Amazing customer service unfortunately we were unable to go ahead with the arrangements we discussed however I will definitely keep it in mind for the future

Chris was very professional, swift and friendly. Gave me all required information efficiently and accurately. Very friendly gentleman. Definitely go to him to understand your storage needs. I loved the facility and Chris was a great help.
He explained the details of the plan we opted for and gave a map for the directions.
He proactively suggested best payment plan to match our needs.

Never used any storage and I had a couple to compare. Access storage is by far the best in value and customer service.

Great and fast service. Highly recommended if you needs a storage space. Their prices is way better than what available.

Best self storage facility! The staff here are all amazing and the location is well maintained. I recently had to rent a unit to store some items while I moved, a buddy of mine came to help with the final move and Chris who works there was a huge help as well. He made every detail of the move absolutely stress free. Thank you Access Storage and if you read this, thanks Chris!
