Paid more for an indoor storage unit. Had both mice and cockroaches in the facility (there was no food in our unit). Staff didn’t seemed surprised or bothered when we told them.

Friendly staff, easy getting, secure main entrance door, big area for parking long truck that help in easy unloading.not much of light if you want to unload in dark, preferably to do in daylight.

First time ever using the services of a storage facility. Staff at this location were very friendly and helpful the processed of getting set up was extremely easy.

As a recently opened facility, there seems to be a few growing pains and a few tweaks to address.

The most notable concern here is that a number of clients have large (ie: a skid) deliveries and while they are not always available to shift them from the not overly large loading area, the clients need to be encouraged / required to recruit assistance to place goods into the rented lockers asap.

However, kudos to the third-party service lady that looks after repairs and lot maintenance. She steps up big time.

I recently used Access Storage in Sudbury for my storage needs and was extremely satisfied with the experience. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and very secure, which gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings were safe.

The staff was friendly and helpful, answering any questions I had and making the process of renting a unit very easy. The unit itself was the perfect size for my needs and was in excellent condition.

I also appreciated the convenience of the location, as it was easily accessible from the highway and nearby neighborhoods. Additionally, the prices were competitive with other storage facilities in the area.

Quick, courteous service. Ease of setting up account and added security when it came to providing personal information.

The one thing I have to mention so the owners see it first is the red dolly carts the 4 wheeled ones are absolutely horrible. No lie when they are empty, they are so loud it's borderline hearing protection required to pull them through the halls. I would compare the noise to using a metal grinder without ear protection.

The blue ones are a dream to use. Completely silent. No hearing protection required.
This place has got to be the most user friendly storage facility I've ever been to. I was so impressed with everything I must have told 10 people. The bay doors are great, and self serve. Fantastic They have every kind of dolly (User Tip#8753 USE BLUE 4 WHEEL DOLLY ONLY), and hand trucks to use. Open 24 hours. EXTREMELY SECURE. Easy coded entry Big ol' Fat Gate to get in the back. Cameras everywhere.
I really feel that my belongings are safe secure here. I will provide some pictures as well. By far the best storage facility in Sudbury.

Everyone in this office has been nothing but exceptional! I will only use access whenever I need a safe and secure place to put my things!
