They are amazing and very friendly. Helped out when needed a locker. Would use them again for sure if needed. Very clean and safe place for your Belongings to be stored.

Tim, the regional manager, is awesome and has taken care of any issues with the account right away, and the staff are real friendly.

Don't bother to put your driver's license into the online system. They do not have it at the store and you'll have to produce it at the store anyways. Otherwise the experience so far has been amazing.

Good service and friendly staff. Transaction was seamless. First 4 weeks free is a great deal when you are moving and have other expenses

Excellent storage location, Excellent service, and a great price. The only thing that would make them better is 24 hour access, but it's not an absolute necessity for my needs.

It was always easy talking to someone to get the right size storage unit best fit for me. Absolutely no problem cancelling storage unit. Super easy to get a hold of somebody with questions and concerns. I recommend access storage at any location in Ontario as my first priority storage facility!

The two employees at front desk are professional great people who are backed up by a very modern innovative company. We sincerely appreciate this business. Very fortunate to have this location as our preferred choice.

Check in went smoothly and the lady I spoke with at the desk was awesome too. Stuff is currently in a unit here. So far so good

What a wonderful experience, the lady who helped me was so friendly, made me feel very comfortable, was clear on rules and safety for storing my things, and great price, would highly recommend access storage, this will be the only company I will go to now for my storage needs!

Such a great experience! Needed help fast and Anne was extremely helpful. Clean facilities and super fast service. Contract was thoroughly explained and zero glitches! Would def use this site again!

I'm sure their storage facilities are more then adequate for anyones needs but don't give them your phone number unless you're serious about getting a unit.

They're worse then an ex-girlfriend who can't get over you. I got 5 phone calls in a row by 5 different people who left voice mails. Then I get a phone call on a holiday while I'm sleeping. I get customer service but that's ridiculous.

If I want a unit I'll get a hold of you and purchase one online for no contact. I don't need high pressure tactics.

Moving to a new house can be stressful. We contacted Access storage and had the pleasure to speak with two Amazing and helpful staff Adam and Nikki. They signed us up for the new storage and provided us with their excellent customer service. Both staff members are very knowledgeable and professional. I’m so glad that I made the right choice. On line booking is a bit confusing. Still need to visit location to finalize. Driveway in front of unit very muddy. Nikki on site was awesome to deal with.
