Access Storage - Orillia

The lady that runs the storage units is a wonderful person.she helped me out what I thought was going to be months but ended up to be 3 weeks and when I contacted her to inform her that we would no longer need the unit she responded right away.amazing lady but she does need an assistant to help her out

Started out a bit rough was a bit disappointed, they managed to resolve the issues and I am satisfied with the out come!

Staff is helpful and professional. Unit was available on the very day that I called. Lockers are clean and bright. Easy access!

Denise at the Orillia facility is great. The updates to the facility are good. It's clean and accessible.

Unit was clean and easily accessible. It was warm and had a good ramp for going on and out.

The units are great but the manager is a loose cannon. Beware. Very aggressive. Owners should look into her behaviour.

The access storage in Bowmanville was amazing ive rented for over a year & never had any issues I love the indoor storage in orillia on Barrie road

My grandmother's vehicle broke down and she had no choice but to pull into the ramp to enter the facility. A woman who works there approached my grandmother in a very agreesive rude manner and told her she was calling the police and was having her towed.my grandmother was already on the phone with caa arranging for her vehicle to be moved and explain she couldn't move because her car wouldn't turn on or move out of the drive gear. This woman was extremely unkind and unsympathetic and 10 mins later 2 cruisers with there lights on arrived on scene uncalled for and very humiliating for my grandmother. People seem to forget that we are all human and these things happen and instead of being so cruel and unkind maybe could have helped my grandmother instead of making an already stressful situation alot more stressful.

The manager was very helpful in helping to choose the right size storage unit. She did a walk through with me on how the key pad and doors work. Very reasonable pricing.

Friendly staff, thorough safety protocols and easy access. No fat on this steak just good service.

Absolute a Delight to deal with customer service is truly number one to access storage Orillia with professionalism modernisticness and site cleanliness a close second I would strongly recommend anybody looking to store their property at this first class site to do so worry free Denise went above and beyond to make my move a less stressful experience I'll be sure to send a thank you card glad to see customer service isn't dead once again most highly recommended in all aspects you can think of thank you very much

I am currently closing out my storage unit. It was only needed temporarily. My experience with the staff and site has been very good.
Definitely recommend them if you need short term or long term storage.
