I highly recommend this location and likely owe these wonderful ladies at least half a dozen five star reviews for all the different times they've provided exemplary customer service to me! From the time when I first got set up, Michelle and Diana were extremely patient and helpful, because I had no clue what size I needed and changed my mind more than once. To the last few times I've had questions or made changes, Angela always goes over and above, nothing but fantastic service from her! Thank you Ladies!:)

So happy I chose Access to store our belongings. Not only did we get great rates but the staff (Angela, Josh and Sue) were so helpful from my initial phonecalls (to make sure our units were side by side), to offering to help unload, answering questions and putting my mind at ease. The units are clean and dry. Thank you!

Angela was most helpful. She made a point of the best way to get started with storage.she showed me how to open the gate and walked me to my unit. All of this help with a fantastic smile. From the quick response to initial inquiry online to Michelle and Susan at the Tecumseh location everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Susan offered to show me the unit and others if so needed, found that I would need a different size, it was handled on the spot. Just a fantastic experience and will gladly recommend to anyone who asks.

Our storage unit was clean, easy to access and safe. Staff was great to work with and setting up the rental was easy. Highly recommend.

Fast and amazing service. We needed a bin in a hurry and after calling AB at the toll free number (sorry I can’t remember his name but have initials) he had the basics done and email contact from the local storage within 10 minutes. They also offer 4 weeks free and as we only need the unit for a short term it was a deal that was almost too good to be true. I went to local facility to finalize and Angela was terrific. I was set up with the unit within minutes and even when she had to redo the paperwork as I changed my mind on unit size, she did it with a smile. It was less than an hour from when I first called the toll free number to when we had access to the unit. I totally recommend Access storage. Can’t think of anything they could have done better

As advertised - good location, well cared for, the right size. People answering the phone were helpful. The fifth star is for Angela at the front desk; my move went badly and she was so helpful when I arrived there. Little things like handing me a bottle of water on the hot day, calling me when a family member arrived at the gate to help unload, etc. I highly recommend the location.

So glad I chose access storage to store my belongings. From the beginning they were very helpful, kind and accommodating. The storage units were very clean. Also, the rates cannot be beat! Thank you to Angela, Josh and Sue for outstanding service. Highly recommend!
