Very clean facility, staff were amazing I forgot to lock my unit one night in a hurry, I received a phone call letting me know I had left lock unlocked so I could go lock up asap! Would recommend

They are extremely helpful and accommodating. Very pleasant and felt they go the extra mile to help you. Asia was amazing and just so delightful and so willing to help. Thank you

It was awesome having the 4 weeks free! Due to my personal situation, definitely gave me the ability to think about and organize my next move. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Would highly suggest using this facility!

Always polite when calling.the facility is always clean.and I can tell there has been no tampering with my unit. I trust my belongings here

April's attention to detail was essential to the recovery of stolen equipment. Under her management the units are kept clean and in excellent condition

Clean, fast and easy set up and access. The units are exactly as described. With having a unit in the winter, snow has never been an issue, it's cleared fast. Getting set up was a breeze with the online confirmation. Would recommend for anyone needing short term storage solutions

Sorry I can't make a good recommendation this place last year we move with my family from Toronto to near to chatham kent a d we rent one unit but we are surprised because we lost everything from there we are paid, somebody's opened our unit and stolen everything everything. We still waiting to hear back from the office about this.
