I had quick and efficient service. It was less than 24 hours from the time I first contacted them to getting my storage unit. The people were also quite friendly.

Great service, the best storage business. I tried a unit with Storage mart, they charged me for the full month even thought they promoted a free month and then charged me a $30 administrative fee to refund me my money. Access storage is straight up and their service is getting better.

Beachville Rd, Woodstock or thorndale address, Everyone is the best, clean, inexpensive, good security, snow cleaned in winter.
Will use them again, and I highly recommend anyone needing storage, give them a call in Atlantic Court

I’m happy with the response of the staff I got. Now a days not a lot of places are being good with customer service. Mr. Gohar helped me out with accurate response and right on time.

Noah and Govan, are the best guys to deal with. They took the extra steps to ensure I had the proper unit for me. They were prompt with calling me after booking and professional all the way through our interaction. I would definitely recommend this storage unit for short or long term stays.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE: Calling the toll-free line had me talking with Michael, who was knowledgeable and friendly. They had access to availability at all locations in my city. Once the unit was booked, I went to see my unit and found that it was too small. That was no problem for the staff and I got switched over effortlessly. All terms and conditions were well explained. Overall, a fantastic experience!
