During a stressful time of moving, Joseph and his colleague were quick, kind and diligent to make sure I had the best unit for our needs. I was at the end of a busy work day, they saw that I was feeling tired and offered me water. I've never had such a great experience at a storage facility before. Highly recommend anyone to go here! They genuinely care about helping you out!

We had a great experience with Access Storage. They were so kind and helpful when we first went in (my mom had just passed away) The unit was spotless as was the property every time we went. They had all the packing supplies we ever needed and they often helped us take it all out to the car saving us multiple trips. Invoices came on time, billing was a breeze and every time we contacted them they replied promptly. Security was good and the property felt very safe to us.

Very clean facility. Easy to access storage locker. Very easy and quick for entrance to facility. Rented locker for long period of time, Rates are good for protecting precious memories

Not very friendly cut the lock odd my unit the day before we arrived. We had been in constant communication with James the owner and even with talking them and him telling us we are ok just keep in communication they still cut the lock we found a better unit more local to us bigger and cheaper then what we where paying so moved out within 6 hrs and more happier with the new unit.would recommend this place to anyone.
