I got evicted from my unit after 1 year because they got a rodent infestation. Even though I showed proof it was not caused by me or my pet rats I had to go.
They asked for my key to do necessary repairs, I didn't go for the key immediately, I thought I could trust them. After about 3 weeks, they called me about this issue. They knew a lot of my belongings were damaged and didn't feel the need to tell me. They also entered my unit multiple times with pest control without my approval or knowledge. I thought they were great up to this situation.
As I was clearing out my unit, I noticed a stench of carnage in the air, as far as the road before entering the premises, as if the problem goes far beyond my row.
I lost all my bedding, winter coats I was not using, and a lot of clothes due to nesting of rodents.
