Access Storage - Rexdale

This was my first experience with Access Storage and Melissa was very supportive. I would highly recomend others to visit this branch.

Horrible experience with the manager of Rexdale and Martin Grove location along with the district manager, Michael. There was a venting system above my storage unit which exploded. Nobody informed me that something happened. One day I happen to go check my unit and there was debris and oil all over my furniture. You pay $20 a month for insurance but once it’s time to claim they will call you and tell you they see no visible damage. It took three months for someone to call me which was Michael the district manager he was so rude and does not want to help me or do anything. Instead he said the oil is wipeable, which is not true. It stripped the leather. The manager at this location also told me it was God’s disaster. Not worth $290 a month. Much better storage company’s in the area.

Helpful and patient to go through various ideas until I was confident in what I needed. Pleasure and professional.

I am very impressed with the service I received from Melissa today. I am a returning customer to the Rexdale location. Melissa showed me the unit that I was interested in; she explained everything to me. In the end, I took the unit mainly because I liked the way Melissa made me feel. I was received by such a warm, patient, and friendly person. The facility is clean and orderly, too. It's so good to be back!

Access Storage Team lead Melissa and Arnold are doing EXCELLENT customer service at the Rexdale location. This location is very clean, organized and the staff is always friendly. Rexdale Access Storage continue shining with your Exceptional, Wonderful, service and smiles.

Booking online was easy, with immediate confirmation of availability by Customer Service. On-site orientation and support provided by Arnold was first-rate. Dock very convenient and well-equipped with carts for transporting goods to the unit.

Very great experience. First time using a storage but Melissa help me out and made it easier to lock in a unit. Definitely will recomend to anyone that needs storage unit.

I only rented for a short time, but the experience was very delightful. I came in 5min to closing and they still helped me get set up. I didn't want to be that customer, but I'm so happy they still helped me. The units are very clean and cool. So when we come in drenched in sweat, it's a very nice feeling to walk into a cool building. I called in advance and came in to pay for my move out, the employee were extremely wonderful. Polite, professional and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend and be using their services again in the future.

Very few companies can compare to the level of professionalism displayed by this company, specifically their Rexdale location. From the day i waked in, having specific requirements that were not within their immediate capability, to the day i moved out, they always found a way to ease my mind through unique accommodations. ACCESS STORAGE - 270 REXDALE BLVD Etobicoke.

Abuzar was very-very helpful and very cooperative. He answered all of my queries. I was a walk-in to inquire about price and availability only but within 20 mins I was walking out with my unit keys in hand. Very Smooth and quality service provided. Communication was very friendly and place was very neat and clean. All the COVID protocols were in place. Highly recommended. Convenient location and excellent service. 100 out of 100. Keep up the good work!

I stored items here for just over 2 months. The location is secure and the on site staff is helpful. The facility is clean and I had no safety concerns. The billing was a little bit confusing as I had to be on site to stop my pre-authorized billing and get a proration for the last couple of weeks, but the price was with it - the first month was only $50!

I would have rated 0 stars if the option was available. After being a customer for almost 3 years I’ve never been so disappointed.

I walked into the U-Haul place down the street and it was chaos. So I left and walked into the Access Storage 200 yards down the street. It was calm and the representative (Victor) was attentive and clearly there to help ME. He was articulate and helpful. And he offered an incentive deal. He walked me through the process and set me up. I’m happy.

There aren't enough moving cars inside. There was liquing water close the restroom in the floor.

I rented a locker with Access Storage in Summer 2020. The agent on the phone was extremely courteous and knowledgeable, answering any questions about pricing and signing up with confidence when I was registering. To access the locker, the instructions were emailed to me in advance. When we unloaded the locker, the sign out process was quick and simple.

The associate Abuzon was excellent in his role. He was polite and very professional. He was extremely helpful in assisting me to choose the storage that was right for me. He was patients and answered all my questions. I would say he went above and beyond duty. I would like to publicity thank you Abuzon for your assistant. Keep up the good work

I got to my storage unit an realized some stuff was not going to fit there, went into the office and asked to increase to a bigger size, the gentleman there was very helpful and processed quickly and took us to show where the unit is. Pleasantly surprised, thank you very much.

I rented a unit at the Rexdale location for 2 years and a bit. I haven't gotten a chance to visit and check on my unit more, since I moved away. But, when I came to clear out my locker I noticed rat dropping all over my unit. I know for a fact that there was no food in my locker. I didn't think much about it, till I started going through my stuff, i found rat dropping in my containers. I have a new baby and ended up throwing away majority of my things because of this. Its very disappointing especially that I pay extra for storage protection. I called head office and not heard from them at all. The staff is friendly, but the facility is sub par in my opinion.

First rate customer service. Facility is clean, well lit and secure yet easy to access. Would use again and highly recommend Access Storage!

Even though I'm happy with the storage facility, I was very disgusted to see the washroom looking like this.with all the revenue coming into this location.there should be cleaners to maintain the washroom.

Good promotions and prices. Easy going, helpful and friendly staff. Best storage unit experience thus far. Wrapped up my contract today and it was seamless and really fast to close the unit. Very happy with Access Storage.

You put your stuff into storage and you don't want to have to deal with anyone or think about it. That's how it was with this company. My things were there for 6 months. I found them exactly as I've stored them. The place is clean. Everything works. I didn't have to think about it. When I was ready, picked up my things and I was on my way. I would recommend this storage place to anyone, without hesitation.

I was looking for Storage and drove by 270 Rexdale Blvd and walked in, the manager at this location is very smart and explain everything and Abuzar took me for a tour of the facility and answer all the question I had, the location was cleaned and the unit that Abuzar showed me was clean, I came back to the office and did the paper work with the manager Dina and she was so helpful and made sure I had all my question answer and my needs were being meet. Excellent staff and management, I highly refer this location for anyone looking for storage. Access great work on hiring great staff like Abuzar and Dina*****

Worst experience. Poor service at this location, they lie about promotions and will rip you off.

Staff at Queensplate very friendly and detailed consider been a 1st timer. Storage is very clean and most of all 24x7 access

It’s best storage and friendly staff. Closing 10 pm is a problem and it doesn’t show that we can5 operate after 10 due to which we went yesterday and it was closed.

I would recommend this self storage facility. The customer service is great and they always have great promotions. I love how they charge rent on a weekly bases because I needed storage for just 7 weeks and that's exactly what they charged me. They actually gave me the first 4 weeks at 50% off. Thank you to everyone at Access Storage for making my move stress free.
