Bianca is very nice helping to get a nice storage and she is very helpful i give bere 5 star.

Received excellent service from the staff over the phone. The entire experience was smooth. I was amazed when they called to check missing lock on my unit. I was able to get onboard and offboard without having to go into office once.

Very professional, understanding and attentive either in person or over the phone. They are also accommodating and professional.

Would give 6 stars if I could. The team were helpful, friendly, prompt, and clear, the space was well kept and no issues with getting in, cancelling my subscription, etc. Would 100% recommend if you need storage.

I’ve been using their facilities for almost a year now. Great staff and accommodating service. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who’s looking for a storage place.

I’m rating one star because I’ve experienced a really disturbing situation with the manager here.

I want to contact someone above her.she gave me the hardest time. Called emergency line they also can only leave a message with the same woman who’s mistreating me.

If anyone who can help sees this pls contact me asap I’ve been trying to rectify a emergency situation since Friday sep 30 2022. Spent all morning on phone with access storage trying to reach regional manager from 6: 30 am - 12 pm Saturday to the point I almost had a breakdown from trying to rectify this situation.

Easy to locate and the space was perfect.

I like how they suggest the space to be seen before you sign the agreement which gives you a good idea of what you want. For me, I saw the initially assigned space but I didn’t like it and changed it.

I’m satisfied.

This year, we rented 3 different storage units from this location (before and after a move). The location is fabulous. The facilities are clean and accessible. Every time I reach out to the The main store location, they respond quickly and professionally. I recently worked with Bianca and Sofia and they are both amazing. The process of getting the storage unit was really easy. I booked it on-line and filled out the paperwork at the office. Had access to my new drive up unit within the hour.

Good value new customer promotion. The only problem is, is getting moving carts over the raised cement at the entrances to the storage buildings.

Stay away from them. I used it for a week, I asked the rep if I paid for the month would I be able to cancel at any time. They informed me if I used it for a week then I’ll get credited. But these guys charged full month and didn’t credit anything.

I rented a 10*8 unit which was very accessible. I didn't have to travel any distance to load the unit because it was just right there. You just back the truck up and unload in the unit. The unit was clean.

However, I didn't like that it wasn't temperature controlled and was not advised of same during the rental process. Also, the storage units are at one location and the rental office at another. The agent that I spoke with on the phone to reserve the unit didn't mention same. I found out when I got to the storage location and saw a sign that the rental office was at a different location. I took an uber to the storage location and so I had to walk about 10mins to get to the rental office.

Staff is helping and available. Facility is clean and safe. They gave me a discount when I decided to move to a larger size unit. Will definitely recommend East York location.

I have a storage unit I access anytime I want, if you ever need a storage unit, access storage is the go to. 100% worthy.

I completely recommend this place to anyone looking for storage. The staff are very helpful and friendly. You cannot go wrong.

People at the front desk were polite and professional. Bianca gave me options for my needs and accommodated me according. Storage units are clean but the arm at the gate almost sliced my car into two. Efram is a pleasant man who is also full of advice. Prices are a bit expensive.

Terrible service, although the units appear clean we had mice dropping throughout our expensive belongings.
Beware of advertised 28 dollar first month, it doesn't exist!
No ones ever in the office for assistance and horrible grumpy no help attitudes on the phone!
If u read any of my reviews I have a great attitude but this place wore me down!

I moved recently to Access from another place and Bianca was friendly and explained everything so I knew how this special location worked.

People working here are the least professionals and uneducated. They will promise something on the phone and different in the contract. End of the day they will call it your mistake and will over charge and rob you of your hard earned money. Won’t recommend and will never give them my business.

The customer care staff on the phone and at the office were courteous, informative, and helpful. The two service reps who came to clean out my storage locker (10 x 20) filled with contents of a 3 bedroom house that I was taking care of were
again friendly and very honest. Showing me items that may have been valuable before throwing it into truck shows professional integrity. They packed each load filling every load over the top to reduce possible extra loads and costs. They were efficient and worked quickly. I would this service again in a heartbeat.

Super location! Great and friendly staff. Very secure and Clean facility so many moving and packing supplies sold here. I recommend to anyone who wants to store to use this location.

I had been with three storage providers, and I liked access storage east York the best. 24 hr access was such a convenience, no stairs to climb - all units are ground floor. Lease signing in and exit process were super easy.

This company is all about making extra, extra money off of us at every turn while no regards, respects for customers by the staffs. They charge 5 repeated penalties of 5+% each within 20 days from 3rd day of late incldng even during their system failures or during extended no managers availability-return calls time, etc Equaling 25-30% (= 300+% per yr equalant in 20 days) almost zero reimbursement of these over zeolos wrong charges too. Constant threats of cutting lock or actual entry deniels at 3rd day late. C
Constant rate increase every 6-7 months with no regards to long term patronage. BS of free moving Truck, giving $100 for bringing new customer, etc.
Primarily they're v happy to constantly threaten you & over charge month after month to years, A Non pro customer company with ulterior money gabbing priorities (Access inc is no McDonalds, Wallmarts Starbucks, Holidayinns type customer orientated type but more like Evil mafia greed villain type philosophied corporation).

Very good experience with the Beth Nealson location! The staff at East York is very patience to follow up my case despite I was too busy to go visit their storage as promised. The storage is clean and a secured facility an ideal location to deal with my storage needs. The best of all the staff was very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable. Would go an extra mile just to help me as my daughter was migrated from china and she needed the storage space badly just to get her self sorted out. For sure I’ll recommend 40 Beth Nelson location to my circle of friends in the future! A big thank you for Altaf and team.

Clean units.affordable.fantastic staff at 40 Beth Nealson Drive.purchased some moving supplies about a week back. They not only sold me boxes but ended up looking at storage units as well. These guys have the best rates and very knowledgeable staff.

The staff at the 40 Beth Nealson Drive location are excellent to deal with and their customer service is excellent. I dealt with Altaf and Asoka and they are a great team. The facility is clean and well maintained and I had no issues while renting a storage locker. Its great to be able to come anytime day or night to pickup or drop off items. I researched prices and facilities, and found this to be the best value in my area, The staff at this location are amazing! 5 out of 5. I highly recommend this place. Great people and great units for storage.
