I recently visited this location to inquire about 10*15 ft storage. They gave me the best price and a detailed quote with the amount. It was my first time renting a storage unit, but they were very professional and provided me with detailed information. The manager was extremely helpful in deciding on a good option. They are the best in the area.

Excellent 24 hour storage facility, exceptionally clean and dry. Friendly and helpful staff on hand to provide assistance and answer any queries. Really positive experience using the facility between house moves. The booking system was easy and straight forward. Good value & well maintained.

Prices go up every few months and they force a protection plan on you… protection plans or insurance should be my choice… not a way to cover your own costs … take care of the “campers” you have who live there. I’m tired of watching my back while going to my storage unit. Do better. For the price I’m paying you should be able to afford security.

This location is so good. They are more friendly and got good customer care. They are so accommodative for reasonable things. Can be reached very easily. The manager Mr. Ahamed was so helpful and is very patience and answer the questions calmly. I would use this place again just for him. Over all a good place to keep our stuffs.

The manager, Mr. Hanifa was extremely helpful in making helping to select the right storage solutions for me. He was patient and explained the process making me feel confident that I chose the best place to store my items safely.

Had a nice exprience here storing my items from our home. Clean, well maintained, I had a 10x15 which is more than enough for a two room apartment. Overall, I am satisfied.

For a first time storage unit user, Access Storage was excellent for me from their frontline customer support to the store manager, Hanifa, and to the actual unit itself. Everything was well explained; place is easily accessible; well kept, neat and tidy; self-contained enough. I guess on some days such as long weekends, the customer restrooms maybe locked but could be because of that reason itself - that no admin staff is around. I wholeheartedly recommend!

I had the best experience from walking into this location from from breaking down the exact price, to the paperwork and all in between fine print lol also Amazing customer service from CHRISTINA & colleague who was right there with her. I really enjoy talking to her I liked her kind and sweet domineer and very on point with her customer service skills and her knowledge in position. So I thank you for that. I went by "Access Storage" Ellesmere area and the Representative there at the Front Desk was "ABSOLUTELY AMAZING". Her Customer Service along with her Professionalism was truly Refreshing in these Stressful times. Her name (excuse me if im spelling it wrong) is "Nickita" the Company is Fortunate to have her as an Employee, she made us "Myself, Father & Sister feel very comfortable and Efficient in letting us no the Policy & Procedures. For our First time there i would "DEFINITELY" inform Others who would be looking for Storage to this Facility. Thanking "Nickita" for a Very Pleasant experience with this being my 1st time using a Storage unit. I was sincerely greeted by Dorothy. She was so friendly, patient, down to earth and helpful. I received the full customer service! The storage rooms I found clean and the office provides extra packing items.

I think The price should stay the same as when you first rent the unit not go up from time time that should be for new clients that are renting a storage unit they should pay the new rates

Dorothy is very accommodating and friendly! She makes me feel comfortable the first time I visit the unit.

Reception is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the light above the store room didn’t work so, it’s a bit dark inside. The light were there but never work!

The entire process of moving in was smooth and hassle-free. Dorina and Dorothy at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure I was confident and comfortable with the move in process. The loading docks make loading and off loading simple and straight forward. The unit was handed over to me cleaned and ready for use. Thank you very much, access storage.

I had such a great experience at this location. The customer service reps were very friendly & professional! The facility was very clean and well secure. Pricing was very reasonable. I have nothing bad to say about this location. Thumbs up guys!

Storage 24 access, When I put the password and the entry be granted.why I couldn't open the door at 21: 00?

I would totally recommend this self storage facility. It is always clean and well lit. The customer service is amazing. I got the 1st cycle of rent and insurance FREE. Thank you to all the staff at Access Storage on Ellesmere.

Worse storage facility I have ever used. It's over priced and to top it off mice got into my unit and they did nothing about it. They didn't even care.
