Units very clean. Office staff very efficient. Storage location very convenient as off of 401 and veterans memorial easy to get to.

Stored my summer car in here, no issues, clean unit when I arrived, clean unit when I left, friendly staff ready to help on demand.

Gohar was very helpful and friendly. It's a difficult time in my life and Gohar made it a bit easier.)

Set up was a breeze and cancelation when I was done with the storage was just as easy, one phone call once I had all my belongings out of my unit.

I needed a small storage space and was able to secure one the morning I stopped by to see about renting one.
Mr. Ali was very helpful and carefully explained all the particulars regarding billing etc.

Contacted quickly from a call centre, and set everything up over my smart phone and email. Then excellent communication from the local office. Gate code access, cameras everywhere, great place.

Good rates. Manager is very helpful and informative. Would highly recommend to anyone. I will definitely be a return customer when I need storage space again.

The 4 weeks free was miss advertised on the website and the call centre can't answer the questions. Also was not advised that a lock is not included and costs extra.

Update. Spoke with wonderful customer service staff and resolved any issues I had. Thank you.

It was a pleasure dealing with this location. There was always someone available to answer questions. Grounds are always kept clean, I always felt safe accessing my unit at any time of the day!

I've been using their storage services for the past 8 months, and the gentleman Gohar who I've been dealing with, is extremely friendly, pleasant to deal with, and professional. He made the rental process very comfortable for me. It's always a pleasure to see him whenever I need access to my storage unit, and I often pay my storage bill in person just to chat with him. The storage units were clean, well cared for, and I have confidence in the security of their facility. Overall I'd really recommend them.

Have been storing stuff here for years. Clean facility, easy access, and far enough from everything to make me feel a little safer.

STOLEN! This is the trailer I use to own until it was stolen from Access Storage July 30 /2020. I've made several phone calls looking for answers.between the on site manager, the regional manager and someone who claimed to be from customer care. These people have ignored most of my messages and continue to do nothing almost a month later.
I have gotten "you should call your insurance" and "what more do you want us to do.we called the police for you" and another favorite. "you rented a parking spot, the security is for the units.
"The security? You mean the alarm you claim you have. I've tested out your alarm.never herd a thing. One of the employees said there is one but also said it isn't monitored at all. Located out by the highway, nobody can hear it anyways. Last year it got broken into and lost 3K worth of items and the damage to the trailer. I was told they would install a camera pointed at it. Oh they did. Now that it's stolen I got to see that camera.way over on a pole blocked by containers.
This was the same round that several units were broken into as well.

I couldn't rate this place ZERO so I gave it a 1. For the grainy bs video that can't even read a license plate, feel free to see it and my PSA that I will have out shortly.

2 years worth of storage bills. Lost 3K and damage the first round, and now it'll cost me 15k to replace my stuff this round.

I am a blue collar worker with a small business. This is devastating to me and the current operations of the shop.

I HIGHLY UN-RECOMMEND THIS "STORE AND STOLEN" place.

PS. The onsite manager is actually a nice guy, just following orders.

Thank you for the bs reply. Security is NOT the highest priority at that location Only making money is. In fact "security" has a lot of smoke and lights with very little actual protection. It's actually a known hot spot to have your items taken from what I've been learning as I talk about it and hear other peoples issues with the same place.
The response was a tactic. I have not been contacted about your investigation LIE at all. In fact my calls and messages have all been ignored.

This is the best storage place in town! Gohar made the move in experience really easy, and I got the first 4 weeks free! Location is clean and I have my own access code for the gate. Thanks!

I’ve had a storage unit for nearly three years at Access Storage - 2330 Scanlan Street. Gohar has been a great to deal with, easy access, and so so friendly.

Good place for storage with friendly and cooperative staff and easy to apply for the storage and affordable and reasonable price fee

Arrived at 2: 00 pm to store my car for the winter Monday/Nov12. Had already called ahead to reserve a unit to store my car in the day before. Got to the door and it was locked with a notice on the front saying will be back at 3: 00 pm. Decided to wait around as I had someone waiting to drive me back. After waiting till 3: 20 I decided to call them, to which I was informed staff would be there shortly. At 3: 30 they arrived and let me in. After setting up the account and finishing the required paperwork. I was told the unit would be unlocked and I was good to go with my pass code, I pulled up to the unit at 4;00 pm and opened the door to find It is not the correct size fit a car into. So I drove back to the front of the building and notified the staff that It was the incorrect size. The solution proposed by staff was to get a Larger already reserved unit. With a heftier price tag attached and the "ill figure it out later" approach I decided against the idea and went with reversing the charges seeing as I did not want to pay for a storage unit that would not fit my car. So after calling ahead and reserving now all I am left with is a charge that I may have to fight for a storage unit I cannot use.
