I booked Joelle for my wedding makeup following a recommendation from a friend. I am very grateful for the suggestion because she is fantastic. Joelle did the makeup for myself, my bridesmaids, and my mom (ie mother of the bride). All of us wanted to look and feel ourselves with a natural look that played up our features, which I’d say is one of Joelle’s many specialities. We are all people who “don’t wear a lot of makeup” and weren’t 100% sure what we wanted, but Joelle knew the right questions to ask and has a great instinct for what will work for different people and skin tones. Joelle is very professional and personable. The space is clean and professional as well. She might be the best person to get a brazilian from in the Ottawa area! I usually prefer waxing but this was my first genuinely positive experience with sugaring. I definitely recommend Joelle!

It's also a good space for noise or light sensitivities; the lights are dimmable, and there are no other people making loud noises like when you go to a spa.
