Worst experience ever. Had a scheduled appointment and waited over an hour and a half before deciding to walk out without being seen. Receptionist is an absolute moron and has no clue as to what she’s doing when booking appointments. Do yourself a favour and book and appointment literally anywhere else. Atrocious.

I had my internship here and it was a good experience I was trained well by shivani who was amazing and took her time teaching. They make you feel included at Accucare Medical Centre as an employee as well as a patient. I enjoyed my time here!

I had a great time working here, the staff were friendly, especially Shivaani. She is very knowledgeable and super awesome to work with!

The clinic is clean. However, the staff is not professional or carring. The receptionists are loud over the phone, while the patients wait to see the doctor. Also, while the staff was conducting my allergy test, receives a phone call on her cell. No consideration for my time, that staff leaves the testing room to chat with her caller. Iam left unattended for 10 minutes. When she returns, no apologies.

Have to visit ENT dOc anand.happened to speak to reception not knowing Ob gyne Asian lady reception.looks like unfriendly, no customer relation skill.just asking question and raised her voice.not good impression!

They are just ripping off their patients.sleep apnea masks that are available for $100 are being sold for $300 each. $20 cpap tube for $100 and $60 climate control tubr for $150.

Shame on these guys.they should better beg on the streets instead of robbing their patients.

I will never forget how the doctor and a manger treated me during a job interview. Horrible! Just the experience alone i would never have anyone i know go there for any purpose!

I've never seen the same person twice over 4 years. They would forget my appointments. They never had what I needed in stock. They also forgot to order my equipment and I had to call them repeatedly before they finally did. When I wanted to change over to a different service, they told me I couldn't without my doctor's referral which ended up being completely false. It was a terrible experience.

Very clean! I had Doctor Latiff as allergist, and he was very amicable, knowledgeable and attentive. I was then seen Dr Kham Quang Tran another respectable and knowledge individual. Both doctors cleared my worry of a health condition and one told me to lose weight which I very much appreciate, for no other doctor told me that I'm in the obese 1 zone and it can definitely get worse if I do not control it from now.

I did have to wait about 30 minutes after my appointment time, but it was worth the wait. Also, Toronto is over populated so what more can you expect especially if they are doing their job which is to examine the client/patient for an issue in a friendly, totally opposite from cold manner.

Though the team is very nice it is tough to squeeze in an appointment that was already scheduled. This is quite disappointing.

Amazing clinic, the environment inside is wonderful and the doctors are extremely nice. Definitely recommend it to anyone!
