Accurate Imaging Diagnostics

When I called Accurate Imaging to book an appointment for ultra sound and x-ray the date I've got was the week after, which was amazing cause in other imaging clinics I've called I had to wait a long time for ultrasound.
When I came for my appointment I went in on time and the technicians, both for ultrasound and x-ray were very professional. Ill defenetly will use their services again, if I need. Highly recommended

Igor was an amazing technician. He was extremely informative and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment.

Sandy is very respectful, helpful. Keep you calm and comfortable during examination and does an excellent job. Also friendly and put a big smile on my face. Need more health professionals like Sandy.

they do tend to give hardtime for appointment slots

They are open on the weekend but there is no xray technician on site, and they do not advertise this.

I would like to share my experience with this clinic.
My husband has an appointment, which was canceled, but he wasn't informed about this.
Office manager Marina said that she called and left the voice mail, but she didn't.
My husband didn't activate his voice mail, so it was no option to leave the message.
And she called only once.
There are 2 more phones on his file, and she didn't try to reach the patient differently.
The manner to speak with the patient is absolutely rude and mean.
No apologies, only patient accusations.
And one more detail. The office business hours show to be open from 9: 00 am, but it was only open at 9: 30.
I'm very disappointed how disrespectful the clinic is to their patients.

The testing was performed professionally and gracefully. The interpretation and report were not as detailed and explicit as expected as per both my rheumatologist and my family physician.

Always use this place for my ultrasound or X-ray. If you have appointment at 1pm.they will take you at 1m. Very unique nowadays.
Receptionists make this place very welcoming. Very polite and professional.
Always return your calls and very helpful with booking and give you very helpful instructions how to prepare for your appointment.
