I recently had the displeasure of dealing with Accurate Technologies, and I must say that I was not impressed with their service. The staff seemed disinterested in helping me and did not take the time to listen to my concerns. They were rude and unprofessional, which made my experience even worse. I would recommend avoiding this place and saving yourself the headache of dealing with them.

I went to Accurate Technologies for the first time a couple weeks ago and the service was great, service charges were reasonable and I would definitely go there again! Thank you for your help and great customer service care!

This is literally my fourth time revisiting them and I have never been disappointed by their services. Without no thought this place lives in my mind rent free is the expression I would use. Recently got an issue with my iPhone 12 pro max. Visited Accurate technologies and had a great experience. Helped by employee named “Manas”. I would definitely recommend accurate technology for apple related issues.

They fixed my iPhone camera. Very speedy service, polite and knowledgeable. Highly reccomend!

Had my camera on iPhone fixed here today. Called in morning and said I could come in that same day. Pleasant and helpful staff. Confirmed problem and fixed same day. Great experience.

Very clean, professional store.

They replaced my iPhone battery quickly and for a good price. They even looked up the warranty for my defective Airpods and I was able to get a new pair for free! I'll definitely be going back here for any future Apple repairs.

I went in there to get my sons ear pods repaired and had to deal with the owners due to an issue requiring a replacement. Throughout the issue I was kept informed of how Accurate would handle the issue and made me feel like they really cared for me as a customer. Kudos!

If you’re looking for ANY help with your Apple devices (storage, batteries, backups, etc) this is definitely the place to go! The customer service here is EXCELLENT. I had almost lost all hope of restoring my iPhone due to “storage” issues. Buying a new phone with even more storage wasn’t an option I was looking forward to since the phone I have now is barely over a year old however lucky for me, it wasn’t necessary. Zeeshan was very patient and willing to go above and beyond to help me which I truly appreciate because not many customer service reps are willing to do that. If I ever have any more issues with my iPhone, this is definitely where I’ll go. THANK YOU.

Bad experience at this place! Staff were not professional. When asked for a receipt for my payment (iphone applecare replacement), they said that was confidential! They gave me a different receipt. Do not recommend this place!

Bad experience with this place.
1. I book appointment for battery replacement ahead of time. When I arrived at the shop, they told me no stock and have to order the battery. They could’ve reserve the battery ahead of time.
2. After I dropped off my phone for battery replacement, and pick up my phone later. They informed me they couldn’t replace my phone battery because my phone screen wasn’t the OEM screen. I don’t blame them for not replacing the phone but they should be professional and knowledgable enough to ask me the question “if I have repaired my phone before” ahead of time.
3. After all this hassle, they called me again saying they forgot to put back the two screws on my phone. This is extremely unprofessional on their part.

Essentially I went to the store three times coming back with a phone now missing two screws. Thanks for wasting my time for nothing.

I had to pick up my airpods, I came at 10: 01 am and no one was in the store, store hours are 10: 00 am to 9: 00 pm, I waited for 10 minutes then someone came, very unprofessional I got late for my work, and they didn’t even apologized

Shout out to Mandeep for coming through for me with a service check that helped me regain my sanity. I went to a place that I thought was authorized but it really wasn’t to get my Mac screen fixed after paying $630 9 days later it cracks. I got suspicious so I came here and Mandeep did a deep dive into the parts for me and told me that the screen that my Mac was replaced with was a recycled display screen. Showed me where the dents were on the laptop that shouldn’t be on a new one. Should me both physical proof and beyond physical proof. After I got a refund from the guy that scammed me I came here and Mandeep went over the repair process and warranty with me and charged me a reasonable price for a MacBook Air screen. Accurate Technology give this man a raise! He really made my day twice. And thank you setting up your location in Ajax it’s much needed saves me lots of gas. Pleasure doing business with you guys and see you when I come pick up my laptop:)

Have a 4 year old Macbook pro with a couple of issues, and Accurate Technologies was very professional and replaced the screen and battery in a very reasonable time. I am pleased to find an Apple service outlet in the Ajax area. The bonus was that there was an issue with the keyboards, and Apple replaced it free of charge.
