These guys went above and beyond when we brought our car in for service. Ken took the time to explain how things work and what our options were. No pressure sales tactics, only excellent customer service!

I have been a client here for almost 4 years and I feel so grateful to have Ken and his team as my mechanics. You can tell Ken genuinely cares about people. He always takes the time to explain, gives a fair price, and service with a smile. I have since moved out of Burlington but continue to come back when I need my car serviced. It puts my mind at easy having a mechanic that I can trust.

We have been long time clients of Accurate Tirecraft in Burlington and we have never been disappointed. The other day, we had a flat tire which needed replacing. In a matter of hours, Ken had us come in and a new tire was installed. In our opinion, there is no better place to go in Burlington for tires & customer service!

I met Ken looking for a place to store my winter tires. He immediately came across as honest, straight forward and knowledgeable. I subsequently brought my car in to get it repaired and buy some new tires…. Very reasonably priced. He squeezed me in that day which was greatly appreciated. His shop is very tidy and clean which is also an indication of someone that pays attention to detail.

Ken was amazing to deal with. He was very helpful & was able to answer any questions I had. They were very helpful - called me when car was ready & came to pick me up!
they replaced the battery & engine belt! I will definitely bring it back for an oil change when it's due.

Always great experience at Tirecraft Burlington. Just in for tire rotation after 10,000 km driven on new tires from Ken at Tirecraft. Great service and mentioned new brakes were due soon…. We were aware of that and asked for a quote to get all 4 brakes done. Great prices and always gives you the best price. Mentioned don’t need them right away but before winter…. Honest and very fair. Will see Ken at Tirecraft very soon for the brake job!

Customer service was great. Car was making a concerning clunking noise and they took me in right away without an appointment. They did a thorough job looking it over and prices are very reasonable. Definitely will have mine and my husbands business again!

Unquestionably these people are “the best” in GTA! I had quite few bad experiences with other tire/rim locations, but finding TireCraft was “the solution”. I’m a big fan of Costco, but I’m not shy to say their quality of works beats up Costco. Fair price, on-time, quality of work and great positive attitude!

We brought our van in with some noise coming from the exhaust, explaining that we wanted a cheap fix as the van is on its "last lap". He was able to fix at a reasonable cost and we are back on the road. Thanks Ken!
