Our furnace stopped working. Nakeem or Nakim (sorry if I misspelled) came in and fixed quickly - he was great and very professional, highly recommended! James was also very quick in responding. Thank you very much guys!

Called Accuserve for a regular boiler maintenance. The receptionist said that if someone comes to maintain the boiler, they will not check if a valve is working (needs to lift a lever on/off). They would have to come back and charge a diagnostic fee!

I'm giving 2 stars only cause they were responsive and sent someone within a couple of hours after a 8pm call on a -13 (-28 with windchill) night. Technician looked over my furnace and diagnosed it as the Motherboard needed to be replaced. I know to replace the motherboard isn't a cheap fix plus I actually had it replaced this passed summer so decided to get a second opinion. So went with no heat for another 15hrs before I could get another company to come. But within 5 mins of arriving they had me up and running with heat again. Was only a Lose Flame sensor wire! So I'm happy I waited for a second opinion but I did e-mail AccuServ since and Never heard back from them still. So I guess I just have to bite $190 for a wrong diagnostics.

Thank you to Amanda and Daniel. They were both wonderful to deal with through our ordeal with finding a part for an old furnace. Our home is again a comfortable warm house. Top notch customer service!

This company is excellent. If it were out of 100 they would get 95%. Flexibility and customer service top notch. Repair service thorough and competent. The only problem i had was being charged 2 service calls for one visit. However, given the amount of time spent investigating and completing the services required, it was not too much to pay.
It is worth noting that all of the major heating appliance firms do the same or worse.

I had servicepeople from Accuserv come in a few years back and once recently. At both times, I was impressed by the work. They were friendly, polite and professional. They explained what they were doing clearly and offered advice on how to keep our air passages functioning optimally. I did not get the feeling that they were doing something that I didn't understand. One of the two persons fixed a problem with the construction of our furnace at no extra charge.

Vlad is very knowledgeable and spends time explaining differences between AC brands and ratings. He keeps the customer's needs in mind when presenting options and gives you the best value for your money. The installation crew are on time, efficient and cleans up before leaving the site. Very good company and professional team overall.

Our system presented a little difficulty, being a bit non-standard. We had an old style two wire thermostat that requires a 'common maker' device to connect our Ecobee thermostat. Kwame handled it professionally and had us up and running quickly.

I had my old electric water heater tank removed and a gas one installed. Very friendly, responsive, professional, and the price was competitive. I would use the company again.

They are very professional people. I had a new furnace and a new water heater installed because the old one broke down in the middle of the winter in February 2021. They came and installed them in one day even that they had to drill for the vent and intake pipes through a double brick wall. Very neat, clean and maximum installation quality.

AccuServ was referred to me by a friend when my furnace broke in the middle of winter. I reached out to them and was put in touch with Vlad, one of their consultants. Vlad is genuine and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions - there were many - and made a really bad day a little better. He fit me in at the end of his day (only a few hours after my call to AccuServ) to make sure I had heat as soon as possible. The installation team came the next day. They were punctual, polite, and even cleaned up the areas where they were working. The entire AccuServ team was kind and respectful. Truly exceptional service!

Accuserv is professional and recommended. It is the only company that could send a technician for emergency service. The repair for my boiler heating system is done in reasonable time and bill.

Big thanks to AccuServ. My furnace fan broke on Boxing Day and after some poking at it and wishing I realized I couldn't fix it myself. I called a couple of the bigger companies thinking they'd be more equipped and available to fix my problem on a holiday. No response! AccuServ to the rescue! They came out quick, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it the next day with a new part. Very thankful they were able to source the part, work on a holiday, and get my house back to toasty warm. Our furnace broke down at the worst possible time, on Christmas day. AccuServ were able to come within couple hours after I made a call. After weighting our options, we’ve decided to replace the old furnace with new one. AccuServ were able to schedule the installation for very next day.
I’ve found them professional and friendly to deal with. They were very responsive, their team showed up on time and provided quick and clean installation.

Our furnace went out (not a good thing in winter in Canada), and since Accuserv had done a great job on our AC a few years ago, I called them for the furnace. Since they couldn't schedule an install for a few days, they provided loaner space heaters to keep the house livable in the interim. Install was efficient, and smooth, and the new Ecobee smart thermostat is an added bonus. Who knew I would be able to control the furnace from my Apple Watch? Very pleased with the experience and end result.

Alvin did our furnace service call this morning, identified our issue quickly, ordered the part and performed routine maintenance quickly, professionally and politely and explained each step to us.

My heating stopping working and needed immediate attention. Called Accuserv (7PM Friday) to schedule an appointment. James was able to fit my emergency same evening. He and Alvin spent the evening fixing my problem. Both of them were professional, informative and pleasant. Their service was second to none. They fixed my problem during their visit and at a very affordable price. They left the area clear of any mess. Would highly recommend their services. Thank you both. Alex came to our home to service our home furnace. He was on time for the appointment and was very professional. He was very knowledgeable. We also asked AccuServ to give us a quote for a home humidifier. Alex was very thourough and helpful explaining many options that would work for our home.

My furnace was very noisy & blowing cold air on a already cold Sunday morning in January. After checking some companies online, I decided to call AccuServ as they had several positive reviews. The technician Alex arrived within two hours & determined that the furnace motor had seized. He requested that his office order a new motor, & after obtaining one from a supplier, he returned the following day after picking it up. He installed it & my house was back to normal, nice & warm. Alex was professional, knowledgeable, & I am very happy with the service he provided. I am also happy to say that I will now be using AccuServ for all of my future Heating & Air Conditioning needs, & will refer them to all my family & friends!

Alex was excellent! We had a gas fireplace that was taking forever to light and smelt like gas. Linda booked us an appointment right away and Alex showed up right on schedule. He diagnosed the issue really quickly, cleaned up the fireplace and now it works like new. They also test the area for potential leaks which was amazing for general piece of mind. Would recommend!

I called with a heating issue in December and they sent over Alvin who was great. He not only resolved the issue painlessly (I hadn’t changed the filter among other things), but he also made other useful recommendations. On Friday afternoon I discovered that our hot water heater was leaking from the bottom significantly. As a mother of two young children, the thought of being without hot water for the weekend was daunting.
I called around to 4 companies, and spoke with Vlad at AccuServ. Not only was Vlad the most thorough in the quote process, but also offered the best price and warranty. In addition to this, Vlad worked closely with his team and arranged for Kwame & Alvin to come out on Saturday to replace the tank!
The installation by Kwame & Alvin was quickly done, ensuring all building codes were followed and they cleaned up after too! They also were very kind to my curious kiddos!

UPDATE Nov 2019 - I called with issues related to the humidifier on our furnace. Alex came out the very same day! He reviewed the situation and educated me on the optimal operations for the humidifier. He also made a recommendation to replace the lines, as the current configuration could have resulted in a leak. We decided to leave the other company and hire AccuServ to install a new unit for us. We are so grateful for Eric who installed our unit. AccuServ installed our new air conditioner a few years ago and most recently repaired a different component related to our indoor fan. This latest repair that was done for us was very much appreciated, as James stayed late to ensure the scheduled repair was finished. Their technicians have always been extremely polite and professional. I also appreciate that they take the time to explain technical HVAC issues in basic terms that I am able to understand. After having our air conditioner installed a few years ago, we also opted-in to have an annual a/c maintenance check through them.
