We would like to say thank you to Nam and his team for the work they did and the relationship we have now. I am sure we will meet again. We had met with other contractors for quotes and after our meeting with Nam, we knew we found the right contractor for our renovation project, as his approach was distinctive compared to the others. He listened to our ideas and then suggested what can be done to improve them. He was very professionnal. There were also some aspects of the project he suggested we DIY rather than pay someone to do as it is so easy and he was willing to show us how to DIY. This showed us that he cares for the client. During the project, we received regular email updates at the end of the day detailing what had been done that day and what was to be tackled the following day. The pricing he gave us was fair and I am grateful for that. Nam and his team are very detail oriented and hardworking. We could not be happier. We are very satisfied with the job they did.
Today is the first business day after the work was completed and we are missing them (Zhang and Lee). The Ace Bath Team is very easy going and we built a great rapport with everyone. We know finding the right contractor is a big concern for lots of people out there but choosing Ace Bath for your renovation project will save you a lot of headache.

I hired Nam for remodelling bathroom and moving laundry which was very challenging due to small and tight space. Nam and his team are very professional and expert in doing challenging tasks with perfection. He was very accommodative to our requests and shift ed plan around and still finished the work in what he committed. I certainly endorse him for his work and would love to work with him again in future renovations.

Nam and his crew have a true passion for their business and work together as a great team. We redid an old laundry room on the main floor with an accessible shower.
