Exceptional service for Car rental. One of the best in Toronto.

Kunal and Sukh were very helpful with the overall process and gave me good deals.

Be prepared for lots of hidden fees that are not very clear on the booking websites. You think you’ll be getting a good deal but then you end up paying as much as enterprise or the other big guys.

Beware if you want to go out of ontario as theyll charge you more fees. Want to go to USA? Get ready for even more fees.

They also have limited cars, the car i booked wasnt even brought back in time so i had to get a different smaller car.

For any tolls theyll add a $50 fee on top, something that is also not made clear until you ready to sign the papers.

Customer service is pretty poor as well.
Just go with enterprise!

They say they don't accept international cards, only from Canada!

The attendant made us wait for around 3 hours and even the lady who looked like a manager authorized the attendant said she wouldn't make the rental!
And when it was time to deliver it, they made us wait almost an hour to take it to the airport!
I do not recommend! Not worth it!

The worst rental company that I have dealt with. Careless and rude customer service, asking extra money for insurance and security deposit (they asked 2000 $ for 7 days)

Their price are cheap but they are not really there for renting out the cars.
Their business somehow is getting hard on you at the date of picking up by nonsense terms until you decline and they charge you for nothing without giving you a car.

I highly recommend you not using their service.

The cars are almost never what they're supposed to be. Booked twice and both times the cars gave me issues. Also took at least an hour each time to get the car.

Great experience… I read a lot of negative reviews but my personal experience is great. My advice know all terms and conditions, read and then rent. Call the agency to understand the fees and ask about insurance and hold amount before rent. Thanks to Kunal specially for his support

Very shady and asked for a 2700$ hold for deductible which was not stated anywhere when booking. Never again.

Such a lying manager! I wish I could review no star.
My airline should be checked in before 8: 55am. I dropped off my car at 8: 30am. And ask for help to drop me in T1 of the YYZ asap. The manager said he would drive me, but need to open the computer system at first. This store open hours from morning 8am. (First lie: Do he need open computer system at 8: 30am?)

After a few minutes one staff come and took my car key to check the car that I just returned. I asked drop me to the T1 of YYZ. He said I need to sign a paper. (The second lie: I don’t need to sign anything. When I picked up my car I asked if I dropped off my car before the store opened 8am. The employee said I can drop off my car in the parking lot. That’s it!)

The manger said Okay, I drop you in the train place that is 5 minutes to get to check in place. If he drove me to T1, it’ll cost 25 minutes via high way. (The third lie: it take 7 minutes driving and just 3.5 km from ACEs store to T1). I have no choice if a service vendor doesn’t think about from guest side.

It’s 8: 40am. A train just was leaving when the manager dropped me off in the train place. I waited for 10 minutes and got on the other train …… 12 minutes to T1. (The fourth lie: it took 22 minutes, not 5 minutes!)

I hated so many lies!

Never go here. Their customer service is horrible and they are very rude. Terrible policy and customer service. They charged us almost 200$ and then said they received no money and there is no booking and instead of helping us they just said, “We cannot do anything about this”. Do not go here for car rental or anything. Waste of time and money.

Do not rent from this company. Terrible customer service, bogus surcharges for insurance supplements, sketchy process for reviewing the car on return before releasing the deposit. Save your money and stick avis/hertz/enterprise!

Awful awful place to rent a car. Please save yourself the trouble.
Tried this place twice and both times it has thoroughly disappointed.
First time we rented in spring. They gave us a car which would start shaking on the highway if we would speed above 80. We had to drive back almost an hour to have the car changed.
Second time, now, we rented the car and they've given it without winter tires. IN THE MONTH OF JANUARY WHEN ALL OF CANADA RECEIVES SNOW. I'm unable to use the car as it is slipping all the time.

Whenever you go to pick up a car from them, they atleast take 45 mins to an hour to give you the car. Please keep that in mind while renting.

Extensive car selection. Just 5 minutes from the airport. Quick pickup and drop-off service. It can get busy at times, requiring a short wait, but the staff is professional and respectful towards customers. Highly recommended, and I will definitely return.

Too bad. Had a great experience with this company last week. Came back for another rental this week and completely different experience. Drove all the way here (40min out of the way) and they gave away the car I had booked. I had phoned 30 min before scheduled pickup and they told me I had a 4hr window to get the car. I arrived 3hrs later and they had given away our car… they may not have a car for us afterall. Very unimpressed. May not use this company again. Apparently it’s a 2hr window. Despite what I was told on the phone.

We booked a car two months in advance and didn't got it, because they overbooked it.
We had to cancel our vacation plans because of them.

An inexpensive car rental option at YYZ with personable service. I've come back numerous times. Kunal helped us at return.

Kunal is vey helpful for me pickup and drop off. They also have a good driver, Sergio, to pick you up and drop you off from the train station
