I had nothing but a great experience while storing here at green storage. All the staff was very kind and patient with me. Heather always has a smile and is a absolute pleasure to speak with and deal with.

It was super quick and easy getting a storage unit with Green Storage Orillia Hughes! The service and staff was amazing. The unit was super clean. We have no complaints! Would highly recommend them if you’re in need of a storage unit!

Gave a review about a year ago stating "Sonia is great, and super helpful. Units are well prices" and I wanted to come back and update it! The facility has done upgrades with lighting and continues to show improvement on its self. Even though Sonia is no longer there Heather and the staff are always happy and helpful for any questions or concerns I have. Keep up the awesome work

Great facility for storing your items. Easy entry with their keyfob. Sonia in the office is always happy to help out. They are lucky to have such a wonderful representative.

Now it is getting to expensive! Plus they need to put lighting in the units for it is way to dark to see your stuff and you can't use the washrooms

Sonia was great to deal with - she was super friendly, helpful, and clear in what steps were needed to move forward. Everything was organized, set up, and paid off in under 10 minutes; I just needed to do my part, and when I did I received immediate confirmation. She offered very prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service! Can't beat that!

Easy access, clean and well secure. Loved the easy loading bay and accessibility to units. Sonia is always cheerful and bubbly, always makes you smile.

Sonia has been friendly and customer-service oriented in every communication. She’s patient and good humoured. She is great as ‘front of the house’ staff. The unit itself is accessible and clean. Love it.

We stored with Ace for about two years. The unit was extremely clean. The staff were very helpful and when we could downsize were more than obliging. Our additional storage needs are no longer required but I would recommend Ace to anyone.

Contacted this company through their live chat option to browse for storage units to find the best price and their live chat person was quick to reply! By the next day I had received an email thanking me for my interest along with a phone number to call of I wanted to set up a time to go in, I tried to call and didn’t get an answer but responded to their email saying what it was I was looking for and a phone number to reach me at when they were available. They got back to me in about 15 minutes. By then I had an appointment booked and all the info I needed to determine what facility to use. I went in for my appointment and Sonia was a huge help she got us all set up, made sure we knew everything we needed to know and sent us off! She was great! Super friendly, and knowledgeable! This place also has great prices compared to others I’ve seen in town! Will definitely continue to use this facility!

Super clean facilty with good storage options. I've been renting storage there since summer 2017. Sonia - one of the staff there - was just recently very helpful!

We have been with ACE Self Storage for as long as I can remember. Always great to deal with, friendly and smiles all the time. Many times I have gone in to pay for our unit and just ended up staying for a bit chatting it up. Great place, great people.
