Ace Shawarma & Burgers

Easy the best shawarma outside GTA.
I drive all the way from London to have their shawarma. They're ~10 mins from 401, so whoever passing try this place.

Service is good, place is so clean and the staff are so nice.
Also they have good prices and deals all the time.

Ace is always the number 1 spot that I will recommend to friends and family, their food is consistent with fair prices, its quality and the employees make sure the food is always fresh and up to standards. Ace is the spot where one meal will get me full. Ace has done an amazing job with keeping the place tidy and spacious with out the feeling of it being too cramped up. The owner (s) are always on top of their game by ensuring food is always stocked up and fresh. Great work Ace!

Do not buy the shawarma bites! Extremely dry chicken wrapped in a pita. No sauce or anything inside the wrap. The sauce on the side didn't even taste like garlic sauce. Very unsatisfied with the price paid!

Awesome customer service! The staff working there, everyone is very courteous and helpful and not to mention the food was very delicious and nicely presented! I am a vegetarian so thought there wouldn’t be enough options but they do have lots of choices for veg.peeps. I would highly recommend the place is a must go!

I was working in the area looking for food and stopped into Ace. The Wednesday special was exactly what I was looking for, amazing taste, good prices, and excellent service with great staff!

The food was delicious and exactly as I specified, and the staff were so friendly and patient and helpful with me. Definitely recommend and definitely returning!

Really awesome food and truly friendly and warm service from all the staff. The Shawarma Poutine is a must have. Burgers are amazing as well!

Stopped for lunch today and the food was hot and very good. We had the 2 for 1 cheeseburgers and fries and drinks. Staff was very friendly and checked in on us. We will be back forsure.

The food tasted 5 stars or higher! I had chicken shawarma meal with rice and salad. Every aspect was perfect and the shredded lettuce/vinegar salad was delicious, especially because shawarma places often do “meh” salads I was very pleased with this one. But, as many others have said in their reviews - the price to portion size is not comparable to other places. For $15 at other shawarma places, the meal is usually much bigger. It’s possible that Ace has just ordered a smaller size of takeout box, because the box I had was stuffed, it was just a smaller box. I will still recommend Ace as the food was delicious ️

Finally stopped in at Ace Shawarma Cambridge (wife said!) and were not disappointed! Got to try their existing shawarma cheeseburger AND the new version. Wow what a difference - well done - watch their Facebook page for details, but you're gonna love it. And the Tikka poutine was so tasty with just the right combination of flavors. Get their homemade hot sauce on the side - and great combo of sweet and spicy - but not TOO spicy! Falafels were as they should be and some of the best we've had. And Oreo cheesecake to finish it all off - you might be stuffed but take one to go. Get out of the roundabout and stop in - you'll be glad you did.

The food is amazing. I have never had anything bad from here, it’s always clean and the staff is great. Love this place, the Shawarma cheeseburger is the best I have ever had.

Ace shawarma is definitely one of my favourite places to eat. I was welcomed by the owners who know very well how to treat customers. They offered us free cheesecakes after our meal.

The burgers are the best in Cambridge!

Shawarma here is pretty good, but it's overpriced for the portion sizes ($30 for a chicken shawarma wrap and a medium poutine is overkill - especially when the fries are essentially frozen McCain's fries and not hand cut).

There are a lot of great shawarma options in Cambridge now, so you can absolutely find quality alternatives for less. But if you don't care about price, this will do the trick.

Everytime I come here the food is delicious, Rayman always offers myself and my friends great service as well!

Bad behaviour very rude customer service. Nov 5th 2022 I was in time crunch going to Airport so tried to take something for eat on the way, first i called them but there was no option to order by phone the only option was to order online (need to register first) which was also a time consuming thing so i just drove there and asked the guy to make me something ready to go and explained the shawarma wrap was a quick solution because it was ready but he refused to help and said there is minimum 15 minutes standard wait time also said even if its ready i will not hand it over unless 15 minutes passed which was very rude after explaining my situation but he was not co-opprative at all, I left and on the way I took exit in Milton and the guy at (Shawarma Corner Milton) was so kind and only took 2 minutes to make the shawarma ready. Thats the difference not only good & bad customer service but dealing in humanly matter. I hope the owner would satisfy himself. (Not sure if i was dealing with the owner that day:)

Had some meals ordered at this location, unfortunately their burger was undercooked, insipid which made me nauseated for couple of days. I didn't have the time to lodge complaint at the public health.

Tried Shawarma burger and the classic cheese burger.
Upaasna (i think that was her name) helped us and she was absolutely great from taking the order to the making of it!

Was just visiting town and noticed this was a new spot since I moved away 2 years ago. Glad I decided to give them a try. Got the chicken meal. Chicken was very tender and no dryness which is key. It’s hard finding shawarma spots that have nice and tender chicken. Sauces were very tasty. Rice was made well. Salad was just salad. If you’re in the area give them a shot! Cambridge doesn’t have good shawarma spots. I eat all around Toronto and the sauces here are very tasty. I also recommend giving their Poutine Shawarma a shot! One of my favourites.
Owner was nice to chat with as well.

One of the best burger spots I’ve ever been to. Quality food and quick service. It was also had great presentation which is rlly important to me. I would highly recommend it for the price they offer.

Friendly and calm place with good food. Still trying things there but I will say, the lamb wrap and the shawarma burger is worth a try. The burger taste very close to an A&W burger but alot better.

The staff is very friendly towards delivery drivers and always greets with smile. Keep the positive vibes going guys. I love coming to your store

We paid around $85 for a 2 burgers combos and a shawarma meal they called it "family meal" but has a few bites and it's not the usual family meal that you get from any other shawarma place.

The problem was that when my kid was eating the burger, he felt like vomiting and asked me to smell how bad the meat smells, I did smelled it and I smelled sooooo bad like it was damaged meat. I called the manager and made him smell it, and he smelled it and was scared and apologized but he never offered a refund.
I got so scared that my both kids ate from that burger and they had pain in the stomach all that night. We stayed up and ready for going to emergency at any time.

That food doesn't deserve a one $ period!
And it's dangerous so be careful. I will never go there again or recommend anyone to go.

Great quality food. The the taste is perfect too. I ordered a chicken shawarma sandwich combo with fries. The place was very clean even the restrooms were maintained properly! I’ll come back for sure.

Great tasting food with great staff. Only concern would be the portion size to price ratio which needs improvement. For the price you would expect larger portions. If comparing to many other spots, they offer more food for less cost with competitively well tasting quality food. If they would do this then it would be very much worth a 5-star and would be my favourite place to go repeatedly!
