I’ve been coming to see Zac and Dmitry for perhaps 4 years for occasional treatments. They are brilliant and I will ALWAYS return as needed.

I was referred to Zac for osteopathy through my naturopath. He’s been working with me to improve my digestive health after a surgery earlier this year. I can’t believe how much I’ve improved since our first session 3 weeks ago. This has been a total game changer in my long term recovery. I’ve also had a great massage with Ashley as well. The Ace sports clinic has been a life saver in getting me back to good health!

The staff at Ace Sports Clinic are wonderful! Every time I've gone in I've been greeted with a friendly welcome and help with all of my needs. I have been seeing physiotherapist, Michelle Begg, for a year and a half and can not say enough about how much she has helped me. I have very complex chronic health conditions and she has shown me compassion, care and attention from day one. She really listens to what you have going on and treats within those boundaries. I have felt confident and grateful for her skills and expertise in every appointment with her!

The team at Ace are without a doubt the best in town. I have been going to the clinic since 2018 and Yuma has played a huge part in my recovery with the many injuries I have experienced over the years as a marathon runner. I highly recommend Ace Sports Clinic.

Yuma is amazing at what he does, I visited the clinic due to a recent injury on my leg and he knew exactly which muscle I have injured and how to treat it. He also suggested a few exercises that would help my leg recover faster. Definitely recommend it if you are suffering from injuries.

I went to Ace Sports Clinic while enduring a chronic lower back/leg pain and after months of trying different types of treatments and not seeing any improvements. Over only 3 sessions of dry needling with Yuma at the clinic, my pain has almost become zero. His treatment methods and technics have proven to truly work for me. I appreciate the care taken in effectively treating the injury and in providing me with a managed rehab plan that is leaving me stronger and better equipped to avoid similar injury in future.

Great place with an amazing Staff. I started seeing Zac three weeks ago and the results are unmatched with a mere three visits. My back is the best it has felt in years. The short-term relief is exciting but what's better than that is the long-term exercises and habits that'll help me maintain this treatment. Went to Ace to see Yuma for a stiffened neck I’ve been dealing with for 10 or so days. He was easily able to identify the potential cause and offer an immediate solution. Yuma was able to explain in layman's terms what he was doing and why it would help, and sure enough all the tension was released. Ace Clinic has been incredibly helpful in my recovery and fitness. I have been seeing both Zac Lewis and Franco Floris for the past few months. Zac has helped me significantly with my hip injury and unlock mobility I never knew I had. Franco has helped me in my fitness routine and I feel like I’m on the path to the best shape of my life. ACE offers a truly first-rate, comprehensive, well-coordinated and high touch sports and wellness suite of services. Franco Floris is a great personal trainer who structures clever workouts full of innovative full body functional exercises. I have seen significant improvements in strength and balance since I started seeing him a few months ago.

I've been working with Yuma Hemphill (Osteopathic Manual Practitioner) and he has been key in resolving my lower back / SI problems. I only have good things to say about Yuma, his friendly manner and his Osteopathy knowledge / skills.

This clinic is by far the best I’ve found in Toronto. I was suffering from a grade 4 shoulder separation and tried lots of different clinics and therapies without much luck. Luke and his team were able to quickly get me set up on a program to help stabilize the shoulder and mitigate the pain.

I’ve since started seeing Dr Robyn Murphy at the clinic who is a naturopathic doctor. She’s got me on a program that has helped boost my energy and immune system, with good results.

Went to Ace Sports Clinic after having exhausted all other options (doctors, specialists, scans, more scans, even more scans) and was at the end of my rope. I was lucky enough to meet with Zak on the recommendation of a sports physician and was soon impressed. Zak took the time to listen to my symptoms, the journey I have gone through to get better, and really made me feel as though I was being listened to. I didn't expect much from the first visit but he took his time, explained the theories of what might be wrong with me and didn't rush the visit. He was kind and considerate and very professional. Though I don't have all the answers yet I am confident that Zak will be able to guide me through these health issues and bring me closer to my wellness goals. Highly recommend going to see Ace Sports Clinic to see what they can do for you. Doesn't hurt! *Boom* Injury humor!

I saw Dr. Murphy for a Genetics Lifestyle review. Very helpful. I was able to get so much from learning about my genes and can now make some adjustments to help boost those areas of concern (ie.methylation & detox). I highly recommend Dr. Murphy as she a wealth of knowledge!

I was charged for ‘missing an appointment’ despite emailing a week before that I wouldn’t be attending.

I was then called by a lady who couldn’t have been more rude. I felt like I was being spoken to by a cross between a school teacher and debt collector. Despite this, I still apologised for the misunderstanding and said goodbye, she just hung up the phone.

I was emailed by Luke the owner asking me to post a 5* rating on here in exchange for a free appointment. I responded asking if I could use it towards this appointment and he said ‘no it’s our company policy’. I have sent him follow up emails, which he can’t be bothered to respond to.

Truly the worst customer service experience I have had.

After several unsuccessful attempts to find a massage therapist in Toronto that I was happy with. I had my appointment with Michelle Graham who made a noticeable difference with her ability to alleviate my shoulder pain. I would highly recommend Ace Sports Clinic and Michelle Graham if you’re an athlete.

Went to this clinic for some back and leg issues. I saw Yuma who was fantastic. He fully understood and was empathetic towards my issue. I had a treatment plan and was given exercises to do at home. Within three months the issue was completely resolved. Thanks Yuma and all the staff at this amazing clinic!

Initial appointment at Ace in Toronto was great, pre appointment questionnaire helped highlight what issues I was having before the appointment. Osteo appointment was really beneficial, Yuma did a great job diagnosing and then providing detailed treatment and tailored a plan for going forward. Highly recommend, really knowledgeable

I've been very happy with the clinic and my physiotherapist, Debita. I was referred for a calf strain that I sustained playing tennis, and I found Debita's assessment to be thorough and careful. She patiently answered all my questions and recommended an initial regimen of stretching and icing. She also followed up with a written treatment plan, including pictures and detailed descriptions of the stretches. Overall, I've been very impressed by the professionalism, expertise, and individualized assessment/treatment offered by the clinic.

I came to Zach with a sore foot which was quickly diagnosed as a back issue. Through treatments with him and then weekly kinesiology sessions with Oksana I have been able to work on my weaknesses that caused the injury. Oksana's sessions are thoughtful and challenging! I couldn't recommend Zach and Oksana more!

After trying way too many massage therapists and clinics I can finally say I've found a clinic worth sticking with. Ashly is very skilled and thorough and spoke very highly of the rest of the team as well. 10/10 recommend!

After spending more than 1 year in pain and many appointments and tests without much success I discovered Zac from Ace Sports Clinic. I set an appointment for the next day and it changed my outlook for the better. I am so grateful to Zac for taking the time to listen and providing me with a treatment that is giving me my life back. I rarely leave reviews however this is the exception. The Ace Sports Clinic and Dr. Marvin Shedletzky have been nothing but excellent. I am suffering with Plantar Fasciitis and after 2 treatments, I am already feeling a noticeable improvement. I have a crazy schedule and to my delight, Dr. Shedletzky was able to fit me in at 6: 30 am twice this week. I would highly recommend the Ace Sports Clinic. Why live with pain if you don't have to.

This clinic is excellent. Luke has helped me with so many badminton sports related issues. I have also brought my 10 year old daughter to get help with knee pain from a soccer injury and saw another therapist who was very knowledgeable and made my daughter feel very comfortable. The clinic is always very clean and everyone is warm and professional. Luke is always on time and very thorough in his assessment. Its easily accessible by subway. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone with any type of pain. They have a one stop shop of professionals.

This is an amazing clinic! Seamless service and the professionals are top notch. I went in with a very aggravated shoulder that my physio made worse. I got great advice and care with a clear plan and most importantly some signs of improvement after 1 visit. Highly recommend!

I went to see Yuma with an aggravated lower back which he diagnosed as an issue with my S1.he proceeded to work (in a gentle way) many areas of my lower back and quads. Before I arrived I was definitely favouring my lower back. I left with a few exercises to do at home. I was already feeling positive results an hour later.and have not felt the same level of pain since. I would highly recommend Yuma and this sports clinic. It's a place where you can feel good about going, knowing you'll be treated respectively and by amazing professionals.

Absolutely excellent experience! I pinched my upper back a few weeks ago and after popping Advil for 2 weeks with little pain relief, my partner referred me to Ace. One session with one of their osteopaths (Yuma) later and I was right as rain! He assessed my upper back injury, figured out what was wrong, then applied some massaging, joint work and dry needling which fixed me up! He also told me how to avoid and manage flare-ups in the future. Very well-rounded experience, and such a friendly team.

I have been suffering with back issues for over 20 years. I was a very active elite athlete until my injury. My activity has been limited on and off due to this issue but since seeing Dr. Marvin at Ace I have been able to resume many activities without the usual pain and pills. He has me back enjoying normal activity and rejuvenated my golf game. The mental part is also extremely important as the distraction caused by my inability to do normal things is gone. If you have back issues like me, I’d get to Ace to get your life back.

I had a massage and a session with an osteopath. I loved that I was able to see more than one different discipline in the same clinic. They were able to communicate with one another which made the process a lot more smoother. And I was able to see my osteopath right after my massage.
Both my professionals that treated me were knowledgeable and kind. I also really appreciated that they let me know what they were doing the entire time and why they were doing what they did. I felt improvement after one session and I’m looking forward to the continued progress as I go for another appointment.
I also found their service is very convenient. Everything was done digitally and before I come in for my appointment which saved me spending my appointment time on paper work, and instead on the appointment itself. I look forward to coming back and seeing them again.
And it’s a plus they are right at a subway stop.
