Ace Vaper

I've been a returning customer for quite some time, but this last interaction has definitely made me be wery.
I ordered 3 packs of coils, 2 bottles of juice. After ordering I received a call from an employee letting me know that they were out of the. 8ohm coils I ordered, and asked if the 1ohm would be ok. I needed coils but didnt want 3 packs of the 1ohms, so I settled on just one pack. I was refunded the rest fine. However when the order arrived I was rather disappointed to find the juice wasnt what I ordered, but it was the "iced" (menthol) variant of the juice. I should also add every time I've ordered in the past there was a order receipt showing the juice, coils etc. Seeming as if this was done as a "He wont notice" "F it" attitude.

I called the next day as they were closed when I discovered this.
Upon calling I talked with an employee who seemed not to be concerned with anything I had to say.

I don't understand why ii would be informed either by the first initial call or a second to let me know the juice was out of stock!?

For anyone who doesnt enjoy the iced/menthol variants of flavors kow hat it's not as easy as "time to try a new flavor because it got messed up. " Its virtually unvapable.

I started ordering the “Plus pods” that are juul compatible from here. They’re cheaper than juul pods and they had the flavours I like in stock for the most part. Ordered a few times and was really happy until they had a promotion for other juul compatible pods called “Eonsmoke pods” or something. They had similar flavours and more than the plus pods so I bought $85 worth to try and they literally didn’t work with mine or my partners juul. Just didn’t connect with mine after a few puffs of the first try. Thinking it was just my juul I gave them to my partner and they all kept breaking/leaking in to his mouth and mine when I tried his. This is a problem with the manufacturer, yes, but when I reported the issue with Ace Vaper they did nothing to compensate for promoting and selling these poor products:/ I quit smoking and started juuling in part to save money and this was an extremely disappointing experience. I’d find the products you like somewhere else if you can because customer service is none.

Very bad customer service, i bought a vape a couple of days ago, and i was told i can return or Exchange within a week, The tank was leaking the tip had no rubber, and the Automizer had and error after 2 days. I kept going to the store for 4 days they said the owner is away, i waited to speak to him he kept playing with words and trying to blame the defected product on me. DONT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION they play with words.

Ordered on a Friday evening and received my items on the next Tuesday in Quebec. Very happy with this place, I finally found a shop that has what I want in stock and can finally ditch the original juul mint and tabocco flavors that are left here in convenience stores. Will be ordering a lot more and only from you guys. Thanks a lot and keep it up!

Great selection and deals. One of my very few go to spots for quality E-Juice and up to date devices, highly recommend giving these guys a visit.

These guys have the best online ordering system I've used and they're always my first choice. When you're ordering enough to qualify for express shipping I generally get a shipping notice same business day. As someone who forgets to stock up in advance, I can't thank them enough.

I have always loved Ace Vaper until a staff named Marcel started working there. He is the most unhelpful person I have ever come across. Every time I am so unlucky enough to encounter him on my visit to the store, I am treated like a bother to him. Has no manners, no customer service and has no real knowledge of the product they sell.

Management should really watch this guy. It’s a dangerous move having someone like Marcel represent your business on the front lines. Especially when there’re vape stores on every corner now.

I went to their shop a few days ago with my vape, asking for replacements coils, the person who was working there gave me a pack of the coils, they looked a little odd to me, so I asked these match my vape for sure? I could look it up on my phone and double check, he said yes for sure they match, I even said in a joking way if they don’t I will come back! So for sure they match? He said yes! Guess what? They don’t match they were a little smaller to fit my tank! People who work there should know what they are talking about. If I could give 0 stars I would, 0 customer service, 0 knowledge of products!

Made a couple of purchases through this vape shop as this isn't my go to and the service was mediocre at best. Contacted this place by e mail in regards to certain product being out of stock and when they would restock the product. It's been a week and no response to my inquiry.

Customer service drives business and what I mean by business is $$$$. Not the kind of business where you're sitting on your hands waiting all day for one customer to walk through your door. I'm one of those who have the $$$$ to burn literally and figuratively. Not many can say that these days as a matter of fact. With all that being said, I'll gladly give my money to my go to vape shop that deserve my business where they actually respond to all my inquiries and put customer service first above all else as it should be.

Ive been a customer here for almost 3 years and Marcel always helps you out. The selection is great and he actually wants to help you and not rip you off like some of the other stores in the area. Best shop I have been to hands down.

I received my order in good time, and everything I ordered was exactly what I wanted and good quality. For future vape supplies I'll be ordering from here again.

Loyal customer, always only bought from them.then I ordered 2 boxes of passion fruit plus pods that tasted like sweaty feet to me, and they refused to refund me despite the fact that I've only been buying from them. Called them, and guy was very rude on the phone. Even sent an email and never got a reply.customer service absolutely awful

Somewhere to go for vape gear fo sho.ask for deals cuz they have a huge mark up.ask for swag cuz they have lots to give away. Nothing can hurt from asking:)

The juice I ordered came 4 shades darker than it should be and tasted like chalk. They will not refund me. I encourage everyone to find another company.

Every time I’ve gone to ace Vaper.all my needs were taken care of! Gary, Phil and Andrew helped me out a zillion times with “vape emergencies “! And now Marcel.what a GEM.during covid had an issue with Canada Post. Boris (the owner) got on top of that in minutes and Marcel. God love him.personally delivered our juice and pods! Ordered 2 bottles of juice and paid $15 for" express" only to still be waiting a week later with no answer or promise as to when i will recieve it as well as showing "standard shipping" as way of being sent? Never will I order from this place again or recommend it to anyone -terrible terrible exper So far

I started vaping a few years ago. When I found these guys at the old bayview location. I was so happy.the guys were easy to talk too and knowledgeable. It didn't matter that I was new to vaping they took their time and answered all my questions. I've moved into north york now. But when I need anything to do with vaping I drive up to Richmond hill. Nothing has changed except for the location
