They take the longest time to respond. I have been trying to get a status for my taxes filed in 2021 since I haven't any response from CRA but I have not been able to get any answers. Everytime I call I am told I will hear back soon but nobody gets back. If they are that busy they need to be professional atleast and get back if not the same day, atleast in the same month! Very disappointed

I was being audited by CRA and I had not filed for a bit. Harp helped me get everything back on track and won the audit with CRA. Im finally sleeping at night and I cant ask for more of an approachable accountant and he just got it done.

Wow.the owner (Harpreet} talked a big game when I first met him; that was seven months ago and he has almost NEVER responded to my requests for follow up. He had a personal loss that I gave him the benefit of the doubt on for two months but a professional tax should not come to a screeching halt.

I started to go to them last year as my accountant got retired after 15 years. They’ve been very helpful and professional and pleasant and today had a pleasure to meet the owner’s mom and she was very professional and lovely lady and she explained everything very well after she was done with my file.

One of the knowledgeable, friendly staff in the business. They know how to advise clients in the best option for them. Great at looking at the entire financial picture.

Well I can’t say there are nice and has good service
The lady who did my return tax she was ok till I paid but then her hats ter changed to rude
And service was not honest the word that what they say on the phone or while doing tax
The was really really rude and did not do my tax completely after I have to my self and send mail myself and also I only need one fail and to make call to ask but women said rudely get off my room that’s not really nice
No one meant to like that
If someone want a retur tax please choose other place
And expensive too
I still don’t get it if I send fail myself and change Add myself what was for I paid 90 for

Prices are not high, you'd pay more at H&R block and not receive fast and friendly service like that.
