Richard the guy that was helping me was super attentive and very very helpful in every way.

Terrible customer service. Called to get price for a hitch, each time I spoke to a new employee they would give me a different rate. An associate named Dylan was particularly rude, like its an inconvenience to get parts ordered when that's his job. After ordering a wiring harness and dealing with the bad service, I decided to cancel because I don't want to work with them. They couldn't refund my order, they could only void it. Avoid using a credit card here. Will not be returning to this location. Just a bunch of teenagers who think they know about cars because they sell some parts. What a joke.

If i could rate it lower i would. This company is run by muppets. 3 weeks i waited for my tool box for my truck they shipped the wrong one and it took them 9 hours to figure out they didnt have it. I called them 5 days later and the guy told me it had arrived without taking my order number. I made a comment about how he knows its mine without me providing him the number and he snarkly responded about using my phone number to find it. I go in the next day they dont have it. Its not there. They also dont have money in the till to give me a refund. The Company is gonna get a bill for my time and fuel.

Ordered a tonneau cover online and distribution centre shipped the wrong one. Online customer support advised Whitby location had one and, apparently, set up the exchange. Went there and discovered they did not even have what I ordered (not their fault). Agent at Whitby location worked to find me one at the Scarborough branch, so, picked it up here. Great in-person customer service at both branches. Any future purchases will only be done through the branches, not online.

Never has items needed in stock, go to hitch city they actually have better stock and prices!

In response to the store reply to my review, I will add that the young man working the front counter was not very friendly his replies curt and brief, like I was an inconvenience to his busy schedule. That was my main turn off, your competitors were super friendly, and did not seem bothered by any questions I asked.

I will not be coming back, until sales staff aren't young men with the attitude of an old bitter farmer.

Bought something off their website. Great price, incredibly fast and free shipping (got it the next day). Can't beat that.

Purchased in store had to have it ordered. Went well. The guy who helped was friendly and helpful. All good here! Oh best price for what I was looking for as well.
Had some issues with the call center when getting an order update. Told me it was going to be 5-6 weeks after the guy in store said "next week" threw me for a loop and got me a bit angry, but seems there was a disconnect and the parts arrived on time - all good

Love this place they have what you want and if it's not in store they order it for you I usually get my stuff Within 3 to 4 days and the staff are very friendly and polite I recommend if you need something for your car are truck that's a place to go to I've been going there for the last 10 years and I love it

Ordered wheels multiple times saying in stock but then contacted next day saying they had no stock. Customer service was rude and I’m still waiting for a refund on cancelled order from over a month ago.

Great service from Marco at the Scarborough location I received exactly what I was lookig for fast and friendly service.

Was served by Marco Di Cioccio and I’ll say he’s the slowest guy. Took 30 mins to refund me my stuff.
Usually it a 5 min trip that turned out 25-30 mins.

I brought in my Nissan Pathfinder to find out what was wrong with the Electric Brake Controller for my Trailer. There wasn't anything wrong! They showed me how everything was fine, and would not charge me, not even for the diagnostics! "We haven't done anything, so why would we charge you? " Great service, and many thanks! I'll come back again, without any worries.

Got to give this dealer five stars for their service. After three months wait for a tool box that was backlog by Dee zee had me unsatisfied. Justin the sales clerk worked really hard by communicating with me with updates. At the end it wasn’t their fault for the delay due to the manufacture backlog. And Justin manage to get me a discount with was a bonus, their service is great. Thanks Justin.

Liking the new staff, got my rain guards from Marco, they were not in stock, got then the next day, what an improvement from my previous experience, definitely going back.

Even though there was a previous issue with my mom's order from an employee that no longer works with the company the issue was resolved by a hard-working individual that was keen on correcting the order to accommodate my mother. We are both please as customers to have purchased a 4" step for my mother's dodge ram 1500 at a great price. We are definitely going to continue shopping with this company for all our vehicles needs.
