They excel only in pricing, but their customer service is subpar.
I paid for a 2.5 lift kit for my Jeep, and it's been problematic from day one. Despite an appointment and payment, they kept my Jeep for four days due to the technician's absence. Weeks later, issues with the stabilizer bar and shockers arose. Today, the lift kit they installed is making noises again. When I raised concerns, they dismissed it, stating they aren't mechanics and advised me to seek help elsewhere. This is not the service I expected after a significant payment. The safety concern is critical – what if anything occurs on the highway? Who holds responsibility? All you care about is money, ohh we only install kits but we don’t have anyone to fix it.

They were very helpful and knowledgeable on all truck and parts and their functions, they are very friendly and their store and clean and organized! Definitely recommend

Ordered a truck cap and a bed slide, the cap was a special order which is understandable and I was good with the 6-10 week lead time. I was told the bed slide is in stock and can be installed, I explained that I needed both installations done ar the same time as I have a tight schedule and can't afford double the downtime. I paid for both and waited. Somwhere between 6-8 week mark the cap has arrived, I was about to book the installation when I found out the bed slide I paid for was sold to someone else and there were no more in stock! Furthermore, no lead time was given on a new slider due to uncertainty from the supplier. I was promised updates and was given none, only when I called I was told that the supplier was having issues and no lead time was given. Two weeks later I was given a lead time of around 4 weeks and that I would get a call letting me know as soon as it came in.which did not happen and when I called once again I was told that it had indeed it had come in (Not sure how I was supposed to find out if I haven't called myself)
I finally booked a installation date and time and was told it's going to be a 1.5 hour job. When I handed my keys in @ 10: 30 I was it was now going to be 2.5 hr job, at 1: 30 I called to see what's going on and apparently it was still not done, I got my truck back 4: 45 at the end of the day. My schedule gor wrecked for the day because I could not get a straightforward honest answer.
P. S. I had to tighten up several bolts that were holing down the slider because they were loose and one came out completely the next day.

I seen a video circulating About a manager that works at this location from what I seen they have very poor experience and customer service and installation I would avoid This place

I deal with Action Car and Truck Accessories often and these guys know their stuff. Super knowledgable, great prices and super easy to deal with. I often recommend them to other and have had nothing but great experiences. Support this local, Canadian company when you can. 5 Stars guys (and girls). Keep it up!

The manager and Staff were pretty rude. I felt very dismissed when I was there. I voiced my opinion but they were on to the next customer. Was recommended to them but I wish I wasn’t.

Guys at Action Car and Truck Mississauga went above and beyond to fix my AMP power running boards for my Ram Truck - from figuring out the part needed, ordering, installing, trouble shooting during install and making sure I was satisfied after. I would recommend these guys without hesitation!
