I was disappointed in the quality of my aftermarket tonneau cover for 2015 tacoma (don't order online there is no good aftermarket cover). The regional manager did call back and meet with me to go over the options. I was satisfied with the final outcome.

After my unhappy review of Action Car and Truck the Manager contacted me to find out my dissatisfaction and we were able to come to a compromise and I now have purchased the parts and have had them installed to my satisfaction and very happy with this business.

I was in the store recently, actually for the second time. The first was very quick for my own info gathering. Nobody bothered me and that was fine. When I went back for the second time, I went to the desk for help. It was lunch time and looks like a pizza party for the staff. Even so, 3 guys not only were willing to help me with proper choice, but actually put down their pizzas and took a unit outside they thought should work and put it on my car, just for a fitting because I have a sunroof and didn’t want it blocked unnecessarily. Mike, Bill, Andrew and all the guys on the floor (some were from installation I’m gathering) were all great! Friendly and knowledgeable.

I just got home with new truck tires from Action Truck Accessories. The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable, and Bill was extremely helpful in picking out the right tires with the aggressive look I was seeking. The new tires were balanced properly, which is difficult on these monster tires. The truck is riding smoother and quieter than it did 8 years ago when I first bought it. Bravo Action Truck! Bravo!

I had to make other arrangements for a trip I was planning due to a lack of car racks, so this transaction has been a very expensive one, for me. After more then four weeks I asked for and received a refund.

Good prices, lots to look at and choose from, staff tends to not come out and ask if you need help.

This was my second vehicle taken there and as was the first truck it was done quickly and efficiently. The fellas at the desk were informative and eager to please. My nephew had some of the similar parts put on his truck aswell as another friend with same results as i had.

Not very busy yet I waited a long time for service. Were not overly helpful. Called next day to arrange appointment and wasn’t given a straight answer on a quote. Could be an hour, or two, possibly more. Was more concerned about getting a waiver signed! Just answer the costumers questions.

All of the workers have bad attitudes. Almost like we are putting them out when going there interested in buying stuff. Ignorant. No wonder the store is always empty! You should have employees that are interested in selling product not glued to the computer. Took our business else where.
