Extremely disappointed in the customer service provided by both the Orillia location, remote telephone team, head office and warehouse. Bought rims for a decent price. However, satisfaction ends there. A month later still trying to get the centre caps for those rims as they were missing in the box. Orillia could not seem to sort themselves out and we were forced to go through the head office caps finally arrived but they failed to send along and or order the hardware.
If your looking for a good deal AND enjoy making phone calls, dealing with rude and uninformed telephone teams, sourcing out your own hardware and paying out of pocket then maybe they are your guys. If you don’t have a month or more to commit to your finished piece go somewhere else. The small town hey I’m your bud attitude sure falls flat fast.

UPDATE:
Since I posted below I went to the Orillia store personally and the gentleman said he would try to look at it Tuesday after hours. He is not an installer said he would try. Upon returning home I received a phone call from a district manager saying he was very sorry for my situation and if I could go to the Barrie store they would take care of me. Problem was found and fixed this afternoon. Thank you to the district manager and the Barrie store for their help. I still give a one star for the lost fishing day and the frustrating customer service in the morning but will give a five star for the way it was resolved.

Had trailer hitch and trailer wire plugs installed on April 13 2023. I have not needed the hitch until now for a fishing trip. Hooked up the flat four plug and no lights on trailer, got the multi meter and no power to plug. Checked 7 pin plug and no power. I called Action car and truck and talked to a person on the phone in New Brunswick and was told Orillia could not look at it until end of June early July and at this time Orillia did not have an installer. What about another location? No one can touch it until the end of June except Coburg Ontario, 2 1/2 hours away. I paid over $1,200.00 for parts and install and thought they would stand behind their work. One fishing trip cancelled and maybe a camping trip in a couple of weeks. I will look for some other company to fix it and never deal deal with Action car and truck again. Thanks for the great customer service.
