Installed a class 3 hitch. Great experience. Helped me order the hitch as well. Scheduling an appointment was easy, my vehicle was ready in an hour and half. Highly recommended. Absolutely awesome service.

Nothing there. Waste of a store. Parking lot sucks for big trucks which is ironic since they sell truck accessories. They have nothing in stock and aren't helpful.

My first visit to the Whitby store and it won't be my last. Excellent advice and service from Terry. I'll be back!

All of the customer service advisors are very friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time to make sure you're 100% satisfied with your purchase, and the delivery of their products if you need to place a special order is lightning fast. Five stars all the way!

Over the last few years I've purchased several accessories for my pickup trucks from Action. I've always found the staff professional and knowledgeable. I recently purchased a new pickup truck and ordered a Tonneau cover from Action. I ran into a minor issue installing the new cover. I returned to Action and explained it to my Sales Associate, Eric. Eric came out to my truck and helped me make the adjustment required to get the Tonneau cover to fit perfectly. Good service is hard to find these days, however, Action Car And Truck Accessories still provides it.

Went with a friend. The young salesman greated us very nicely. He recalled very quickly the telephone conversion with my friend based in what he was looking for, offered advice and looked up the name of a shop to spray a liner for my friend's pick-up, and even printed the name and address for him. I was assisted by a young lady that was extending nice and personable a well, very nice place to do for truck accessories.

100 % satisfied after leaving here. All the people there are great. I would avoid scarbrough action and drive the extra 20 minutes to whitby if you want good friendly customer service.

Generally a good company. They always fixed our trailer brakes when they malfunctioned. Bought other things like a tonneau cover. Good prices.

Awful customer service. Bought a new pair of mud flaps that didn't work on my 2020 RAM so brought them back for a refund. Red-haired lady refused to accept the rear pair because they had 'oil' all over them from my brand new truck that hasn't been undercoated. There was absolutely nothing wrong with them, she just didn't want to accept a return. She claimed to be the real manager for about 5 minutes until she went and spoke to an individual who was clearly the real manager who told her to give me a refund on them because they're fine. Really unprofessional but I did get my money back which this individual was not very happy about. Nice try!

Didn't have what I needed. Luckily Princess Auto around the corner did. You would think that a specialty store that sells hitches would have adapters.

Not sure why I have to purchase at the store and drive to the warehouse to pick up my purchase.do I deduct time and gas from the bill?

Price are fair but service can be better. Need to call 3 time to see if they got what we order and paid for.

Ordered a part and was told the date it should be in. Was there and as ordered when arrived to pick it up. Polite staff. Clean environment.

I will admit l'm never usually in places like this but l will say prices were great and service was excellent. I had something done to my SUV and figured they would have my car most of the day and to my surprise they were done within an hour.l highly recommend this place. Check them out!

Hardly any stock. "It's at our warehouse, we can bring it in" a week later.same line over and over.

Heard about Action from the web and it’s been a great experience from the web customer service through the store installation of my product.

Inquired about a tonneau cover for my 2019 Ford Ranger which was back in the market. A rep contacted me back via email about pricing and installation. Decided to go for the Extang Solid Fold 2.0. Was able to pay a deposit for the order and was told it would take 3 weeks but it arrived in under 2 weeks.

Was contacted to book an installation date and time which was very easy. Took it in and installed then mentioned that it took longer than expected but honoured the quote for the installation as it was the first truck they installed this cover on of this model.

Also, they proactively demonstrated how it works and provided safety tips to make sure the cover is secured to my truck.

I’ve been satisfied with the purchase and the service provided by Action in Whitby.

Had yet another GOOD Experience with the Whitby Store today. Had a problem with a PUTCO BLADE LED Rear Light Bar. It’s 2 years old, but has a 5 Year Warranty. Some of the Lighting of White LED Back-Up LED’s were going out. Started to look like a Hill-Billy Smile Photo with a few Teeth Gone Miss’in! I returned to the Whitby Store and informed them of the problem.

With NO HESITATION-these guy’s just said, “No Problem Joe, we’ll just Replace it! ” “Only thing is, we are out of Stock and will have to order it in, should be here in a week or two, we will call you when it’s in”. I said fine and then found out it was Back-Ordered, then with Christmas and New Years, everybody busy, took a bit longer, but finally, I got a call on Monday, the Bar was in! - they booked me for 11: 00 AM today, I gave them the keys and about. 50 Minutes later, they gave them back and said, “All set to go! ”

I will continue to shop here and recommend these Good People and their Store. I appreciate all they have done for me as a Customer and seldom is there a problem, but when there is, I know I can count on them to step up and back what they sell and what they install.
