Action Chem-Dry

This our second time using Chem-Dry to clean our rec room. As always, very friendly service that arrives on time and looking to do very good work. As a result we will call on them again

Not a thorough cleaning service. All stains still remain on my upholstery. Plus they made a mess on the floor which I have to clean now.

Given the numerous rug cleaners in the city I chose Action Chem-Dry for fast turnaround time and Eco-Friendly approach to rug cleaning. However, the overall service I received was horrible! The technician that was assigned to our service call was RUDE and unprofessional. Throughout the entire experience our technician was complaining about having to find parking and the “lack of detailed information” he received from head office about accessing my building.

There was no communication on assessing our rug and his recommendations on how to treat the rug and stains. It was a sloppy and rushed cleaning with no follow up on how to care for the rug, or how long I should wait before placing the rug back in place.

As an added bonus for choosing Action Chem-Dry I was promised a complement cleaning solution that I did not receive.

The response I received form their office when I called to express my disappointment was insincere and the lack of accountability was surprising. I have yet to hear from management on this issue.

My overall experience was disappointing.

I do not recommend their services.
