We used Action Flooring to replace the flooring in our recently purchased house. They removed the old carpet and installed vinyl flooring. The whole experience from start to finish was great. From helping us choose the flooring, coming to our home to measure the square footage and then the actual installation, everything was done very professionally and efficiently. Such great service all round and very pleasant people to deal with.

I recently had carpet installed in two bedrooms and a set of stairs. The installer, Michael, did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Action Flooring for your next carpet purchase and hopefully you get Michael to install.

I highly recommend Action Flooring!
This is the second time we have had Action flooring do floors in our house and we would absolutely use them again.
They have been very Professional and accommodating.
Staff are so polite, friendly and helpful.
The installers were wonderful, always on time and hard working.
Our floors look amazing! You could tell how passionate they were about their work and treated our house as if it were their own.
I truly appreciate them and their hard work!
Also were very great with our very nosey cat!

We couldn't be happier with our new flooring! Knowledgeable staff and top quality materials convinced us that Action Flooring was the only way to go. We feel as if we are living in a brand new condo.

If you’re looking to replace and/or install new hardwood flooring, we 110% recommend Action Flooring on Development Drive.
Based on two recommendations from friends who had hired Action Flooring, we engaged the owner Bill Wilson, with a visit to their showroom and quote for over 900 sq ft of new hardwood flooring.
The most difficult decision was looking through their massive selection and choices of flooring types in their showroom.
The decades of experience in the business becomes evident when talking to Bill and/or his office staff. There is no hard sell. They simply answer your questions with helpful and friendly answers making the experience a positive one because there are so many questions such as eliminating squeaks, moldings, transitions, the need for plywood and thickness, etc. Bill and his team know their stuff and are very helpful.
In our case, the installation required four full days. Two installers came promptly at 8 a.m. Each day and went right to work. They took pride in explaining what they expected to achieve each day and how. They worked hard each day, and nonstop! At the end of each day, they also cleaned up both inside, and outside where the cutting occurred.
We are VERY pleased with our new floors, especially the "no squeaks" and we want to thank Bill and his whole team for a great experience and workmanship.
We do not hesitate in writing this 110% reference of Action Flooring.
