I recently just purchased a new 2019 Honda accord from these guys, and Imran was the salesman to help me and he did a fantastic job. Amazing service, answered any questions or complaints I had and was just overall really great highly recommend this dealership.

The sales consultants are really helpful and responsible! Patrick and Frankie helped me to get a Honda hrv within 2 weeks! The consultant gave detailed suggestions on the leasing plan! Strongly recommended!

The worst service center they have. Don’t buy car from here anyone please, They don’t provide any service and the service section does not have any technicians. They just delay the work that’s all. If you have any fault in the car, they will not help you, don’t give any appointments. Even technicians don’t have any knowledge. Please guyz think before going to them. I am struggling with them from 2 months.

Theres a bit of a backstory to my review.my front headlight was blown a few months back.i purchased the replacement bulb and installed it only for it to go again 2 weeks later.i went and picked up another at a different store (i should have gone back to honda but i didnt).

my back light recently went and i called these guys and had the pleasure of speaking with Tony to see if theyve got the little bulb i can purchase.i explained my previous situation and asked if there is any guarantee for this to work longer than what i had experienced in the past.they told me to come in and gave me what i needed free of charge.the part was only ~$12.00 but the highlight was that Tony was understanding and trusted what i had told him.i didnt expect anything to be given to me as i knew it was my own fault for not following up with them at that time.my interaction with Tony really helped to restore a bit of faith in humanity.i so appreciate people like that and i am super happy to have had such a positive experience.thank you!

Great experience at Action Honda consulting with Ryan Chang, the most patient car sales I’ve ever met. I’ve visited several dealerships this is the one I would like to visit again. I’m planning to buy a Civic for daily driving and the service they delivered is much higher than what I expected. Horrible experience! The most unprofessional and poorly managed car service I have ever received.

I went in for a scheduled Oil Change, which should take 45 mins, stayed there a total of 3 Hours. The front service rep doesn't know how to input information, the mechanic isn't communicating with the front.

After waiting for 1 hour, I go to the front and ask about the car and how long it will take. Only for them to tell me they need to replace the air filter, not once did they call me or get a hold of me during that 1 hour. I had to go to the front desk and ask about my car, only then they asked me about replacing the filters. Never experienced this from any other Honda Service, they always call you to get your approval.

Then they say it will take another 20 mins to install the filter. 20 mins pass and I go back to the front, and I tell the rep, I've been here since 9: 30am, I have work, it's almost noon. You told me it would take 45 mins, I've been here for 2.5 hours. They get a hold of the mechanic, who drops the paper work and but forgets to bring the keys, meanwhile the front rep doesn't know how to input the information of the service.

Also, the waiting area, and the men's washroom was absolutely disgusting. Horribly maintained with old coffee lying around in cups, and an unclean washroom that smelt like it hasn't been cleaned in months.

Please take everyone's warning seriously, do not go to Action Honda to get your car serviced.

Had no issues buying a car last November but reaching out to their service department is impossible. No one picks up the phone nor answers emails. Can't believe such a big dealership functions like this: (

I bought my 2020 Pilot Touring from Reggie, great experience, very professional and knowledgeable, highly recommend. However, their service dept is GARBAGE. I've had problems with my speakers, there was a lot of static, brought it to their service, they will not even look at it. I took it to Parkway Honda and they did a fix on it. When the fix for the static came out from Honda, brought it back to Action Honda, I was told since Parkway fixed it, I should bring it back to Parkway. I've had service appts cancelled by them and a lot of times, you can't even get through. My battery died, multiple times on a less than 3 year old vehicle, I brought it to them, they referred me to other dealers, instead of helping me out. I dropped my vehicle to their dealership anyway, I bought it there. I had to miss a day of work, because I had no vehicle. I will never bring back my vehicle to Action Honda Service Dept. Great Sales Reps but horrible, horrible Service Dept. And btw, if your battery dies after 2 years, even if brand new, it's not fully covered by warranty and you will pay labour.

Amazing and honestly very surprised from my pre order stage for the New 2023 CRV Hybrid to actually receiving the vehicle on time as promised. Patrick Chong one word INCREDIBLE the knowledge and expertise on Honda Vehicle is exceptional very straight forward and easy to understand so picking up my New Hybrid was a breeze. His team really all help out by showing you the service area and what the dealer has to offer not only this it show that they really care for you as a customer and not just doing a sale but welcome you back to all your Honda need. I never hesitate a second on coming back even though I live far nothing will stop me from coming back to Action Honda even stoping by to say hi or a service call Good Work Patrick continue being the amazing person you are

I am so pleased with the continued great service I have been receiving from Jose Paul at the Pickering location. I did not know how to purchase the correct size of snow tires and figured it was worth paying extra to buy from Honda, only to find out the cost of 4 tires and rims was less than elsewhere! Jose is helpful, honest and trustworthy.

My car is pretty loaded except I don't have leather seats and I prefer it that way as my preference.
Beautiful back up camera and special feature with a camera on the passenger mirror, EXCELLENT ON GAS! Especially with these high prices no matter east 25 dollars gets you half a tank or even a little more, smooth drive, GPS and apple play, pretty decent sized touch screen which also has the buttons on the side of the screen.
All I know is I definitely recommend a Honda civic or any other. No regrets on where you money is spent.love love love my new car just got it earlier this year and I am sooo happy.

Not happy at all. Over the phone they would promise significant price drop over the advertised price, free extra warranty. When we actually go there (driving across the city) price was lowered by $125 and warranty not included. Typical game playing just to get you into their dealership. I thought those times are over in this era.seems not.

Best Honda dealership in all of GTA. They have very good sales and service staff. I recently visited and was helped out by Mr. Joseph and got the best prices on the Honda Accord and Honda Civic. No other dealership has given me a similar quote and keep delaying till payment. The showroom is nice, clean and very organised.
