Shawn and Sue are really great people and very helpful. Whether you do it yourself or take your boat in, they can help you with servicing your boat.
I've been going to this Shop since '99 and have had my 40HP Merc and 225 HP Johnson serviced here. They have shrink wrapped my boat as well.
Bought an ETec 225 HO G2 to repower my bass boat here and it was installed perfectly. Runs like a dream.
I can trust what Shawn tells me is wrong with my boat and what needs to be done. When my 40HP needed a lower unit rebuild, Shawn gave me OE and aftermarket options and showed me the old parts and why they needed to be replaced. There were no secrets.
Sue tells it like it is. If she can get parts for you, she will. If she can't she will tell you that as well - no games.
Just be warned there are supply chain issues everywhere and delivery is pushed out far right now (as of July 2022). If there something in stock you want, you better buy it.
They are Honest, fair and competent. That's all you can ask for.

The lady who answers the phone is very rude and short, I had to hang up on her and call somewhere else to order some parts

Sue and Sean made the purchase of our first tri-toon a positive and pleasant experience. Their no pressure sales approach made it easier for us to decide on which boat would best to suit our needs. The Customer Service after was above and beyond expected. Sean actually took me out on the lake to show me the different features of the boat, and to make sure I was comfortable navigating. Sue is always there to answer any questions and to help me with any concerns a new boat owner would have. Right now, the boat is sitting in the drive, after being winterized and professionally wrap by Action Marine. It's the only place I will do business for my boat and it's needs.

Action Marine takes care of all your boat needs they treat you like the family they havent seen a long time lots of care and patients. Prices are top notch and very knowledgeable of their product if they can not meet your service needs they will point you in the right direction

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPEREINCED! The lady on the phone was extremely annoyed & rude that i was inquiring and asking some basics questions about a outboard that was listed for sale at the store, Basically told me she was to busy right now, Not a problem i have taken my business elsewhere and would never use or buy from them again
