They came within half hour of me calling which was great. The only complaint I have is that the exterior was not thoroughly checked. We had to find out entry points on our own and find solutions to fill the holes. I feel like the price was a lot for just putting bait around the house.

This is the peace of mind I was hoping for. I have been battling rats and seeking all kinds of advice but Jim from Action Pest knew exactly what to do and explained it all to me. He really cares about solving this issue and I know I am in good hands. My unwanted rodent guests have met their match!

He offered advice on how to fix the problem without a sales pitch and was honest in his approach. He didn't try to rip me off but rather educate me on the options available to me and instruct me how to manage the problem myself. I was so impressed with Action pest control. I called about a serious problem we were having with wasps and Mike was able to come out the same day. He fixed our problem after one treatment. Mike was extremely friendly and professional. So glad we choose this company.

I had Action in for a variety of issues I have had at my property. My initial experience with them was with cockroaches. Their technicians were friendly and professional and I have had no issues with cockroaches since having them treat my property. On a separate occasion I had bed bugs. Again, the technicians were friendly and professional and were always reliable with showing up on time. Why 3 stars you ask? They were not effective in getting rid of the problem. I had them in on 4 separate occasions over the span of 3 weeks and I continued to have an issues. I had to switch to a company that specialized in bed bugs (Mr. Bed Bugs) which was able to clear my problem after 1 visit.

In summary, they are a professional company with great technicians, that were effective in getting rid of cockroaches however if you have bed bugs, I would not recommend them.

I had action pest control service at my place a couple of weeks ago and have had no problem since then. They were pretty clear with what they offered and I was fairly satisfied.

Outstanding. Courteous when booking. Prompt to schedule. Came in a discreet vehicle. The technician was upbeat, polite, caring and explained the goals. I had a paper wasp nest removed in an impossible to reach or see location. The initial spray removed some wasps. About 1 1/2 weeks later I called to request another visit as part of their 30 day guarantee and they were here a few days later. Same great experience and no more wasps!

Jim is fantastic and so is his team. I was hearing noise from my attic and turns out we have squirrels. They set up one way out doors and so far 2 are out. If they were nesting hoping the babies will also go. I really want to say how wonderful Jim is and very personable. I have never gone through this before so I had a lot of questions. We would even text back and forth and he answered all my questions. I never felt like I was in the dark or being a bothersome with all my questions. I appreciate the honestly and being quick to respond.

So we get the spray done to ensure we dont get bugs all summer. We live in a house where there was issues before we moved in, and now we know that we will be fine. Over the last summer we saw maybe 6 centipedes, 4 of which were dead. So very effective. Jim is amazing, and John does a great job. This year we even had my parents and sisters house done.

Jim came over as quick as possible, I got lucky someone rescheduled.
He is a very nice and friendly guy. Very Knowledgeable, and within the week the 2 buggers were gone. Haven't seen anything since and I live across from an open field.

Tim was awesome! Very friendly and professional at the same time. He came to our home fully prepared: equipment, knowledge etc. (set the traps prior to coming into the house - saved time for him and us - less contact). Distributed the traps where we had seen the mice and where they usually like to hang out. Tim told us where everything was put and why. Gave us some pointers as to what signs to look for in order to catch them sooner rather than later. I have already happily recommended him to a friend for his pest control issue. We have used Pest Control for 35 years for ourselves and kids homes whenever there was a problem. This time our daughter had a problem in one of their rental homes. The previous left it filthy and infested with rodents. Pest control, as always has looked after the problem so that they can rent it out again assured that the rodents are gone. I called for an appt after seeing a mouse in my house, and they were able to accommodate me the very next day. They were very polite and professional and on time. Jim was so kind and reassuring to me, in my anxious state. (like most women, im scared of mice) The price was very reasonable. Company has always been timely and thorough. We use them as maintenance every two years to be proactive. In between we have had no issues with mice. Highly recommend!

Jim (the owner) came and provided me and my family great service. They were professional, he showed up with a coworker and throughout our visit maintained proper social distancing, the use of masks, and the use of gloves.

Jim and a staff member arrived on time (and in an unmarked car, discretion appreciated)! They were very professional and caring, I was very upset after seeing a mouse in the basement. Chatted with Jim briefly on a Friday, he was at my door Saturday morning to evaluate my situation that another company failed resolving. Action Pest Control was excellent to deal with. Mike was very thorough, informative and courteous. Their vehicle was non descriptive. I had to ask who they were as I could not tell by looking at the vehicle.

We have a suspected a weasel in our RV travel trailer roof. Herman arrived on time with a friendly can-do attitude. He checked our trailer completely for points of entry on the roof as well as underneath. Found a couple that I had overlooked, and quickly worked out a solution to dealing with this unwelcome guest.

I would like to say that ACTION PEST CONTROL is the best service. The people working there are very dedicated to their work, very personable and polite Non judgemental kind people. Firstly John one of the gentleman that sprays your home is very polite, personable and a complete gentleman, his parents sure raised a gentleman.
