Had such a great service from Action Physiotherapy. Robert is so resourceful and patient! I had such a fantastically well informed discussion about my specific injury with him. He was so kind to go deep in details with the nature of my pain with illustrations using an anatomy software! I went to so many Physiotherapy sessions before with many different providers and never had such detailed, well informed discussions about my injuries and how to approach them. Jasmine in the reception is so warm hearted and ready to help as much as she can. They trust their clients which is something I haven't seen elsewhere! I definitely recommend their Physiotherapy services! Thank you Action Physiotherapy so much!

Bimla has a wonderful approach to caring for others. She was fantastic in helping our young daughter with her knee issues. Thanks also to the whole team for such a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

I am posting this review because I am so happy with the service I receive at Action physiotherapy. Paul McCrimmon offers osteopath treatment that is thorough and really helps to manage my pain. He is extremely kind and really understands what I need. Since receiving treatments from Paul, I am able to manage my pain and I am not constantly in agony as I was in the past. Paul’s treatments really help to relieve the pain and tension in my lower back. I strongly recommend Action Physio if you want relied from agonizing back pain!

I was a client of Robert years ago and and returned again last year for a shoulder injury. As in the past Robert took the time to listen, assess and prepare a treatment plan, with hands on gentle stretches and exercises which has improved my should immensely. He encouraged me to keep doing the stretches and will not need to see him anymore. He is never overbooked and appointments are on schedule. The assistant Jasmine is also very warm and friendly making the whole experience easy and comfortable. I highly recommend them for their excellent service!

I started attending physio sessions with Rob K in June 2023. I like the calming music that is playing and the warm nature of all the staff. This clinic is just the right size and not too large, which I prefer. Rob and Jasmin are amazing. I am having ongoing issues with my legs and Rob’s treatment plan for me addressed my patella femoral syndrome. By the end of the treatment plan I was back to doing all of the daily activities that I was having difficulty with. I feel excellent! Do not hesitate to visit this clinic!

All my experiences at Action Physiotherapy have been good. For my first visit, I went to see Paul McCrimmon for an alignment. My impression of him was very genuine. I didn’t even know if I needed an alignment or not but my girlfriend sees him 1x monthly and she raves about him. All in all he gave me my treatment and said only if I experience pain to return, but I feel good and theres no need for an additional appointment. I valued that honest feedback. I know Robert is one of the lead Physiotherapists and hes done a lot of great work, I'll be seeing him next in the future if my jumpers knee comes back. I wish this buisness a lot of success, its very professional and client oriented.

I had a fracture in my hand and I didn't know what to do. Luckily I found this place and they set me up with Bimala Odari who explained to me very thoroughly what my condition was and how long itll take to treat. I have already noticed a huge difference and continue to come to get treatment until I'm better. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for some quality care.

I came in a few weeks ago with shoulder pain after moving to the area. The staff at Action is so welcoming! My therapist, Bimala was very patient and carefully explained to me what was happening with my shoulder in terms that I could understand. Bimala is a guardian angel to me. I had my back issues from past 7 years. And i had been struggling very badly with it. I tried everything, from yoga to ayurveda massages, physio therapies etc etc. But found no solution. I was losing hope but then I found this clinic.

I have been treated, weekly, at Action Physiotherapy by Bimala Odari since Dec 2021. I originally went for a very painful trigger-finger, but have since discovered that a sprained thumb and weak joints contributed to the issue.
Bimala has been very attentive and clearly explains the mechanics behind the pain, contributing factors and the ways in which both therapy and exercise can help.
I’m happy with the progress so far and am very glad that I made the decision to go. Each week sees improvement in both function and pain management. Thank you Bimala, Rob Kappes - another wonderful therapist, and Jasmin, an exceptional receptionist/administrator!

I have really bad vertigo and decided to see an Osteopath at Action Physiotherapy. I saw Paul for two treatments and I already see a huge difference. I haven't been dizzy since my treatments and my upper back and neck area are more relaxed. He is great! He listened to my concern patiently and treated accordingly.

I’ve been doing physio sessions with Bimala and I am amazed at the progress I’ve made. The whole team is very knowledgeable, professional and kind.

Action Physiotherapy has been a great help to me in my healing journey. My knee would continuously have pain after a little bit of walking or standing. At Action Physiotherapy I was given a plan, I was taught proper exercises and was given the appropriate treatments which have helped me in my healing. I no longer experience this knee pain!

Bimala has been extremely helpful in starting my treatment plan. She is both very knowledgeable and skilled and committed to getting function and strength back to my arm. I recommend this clinic to anyone needing PT, be prepared to work a bit out of your comfort zone and feel challenged but you will definitely be supported in your efforts. After a few weeks of treatment I am feeling less pain and discomfort and on my way to getting stronger but also learning a lot about true healing and lasting change for my personal goals.

My problem was neck and back pain due to lumbar scoliosis and a lot of muscle tightness. The stretches the therapist gave me helped a lot with loosening the tension of my muscles. It has helped me a lot with kiss stretching and doing those exercises and feeling much better than I did 10 weeks ago

I went to Action Physio after hurting my back and neck. I'm so grateful for all of the time and care that Bimala put into helping me deal with the pain and muscle stiffness. All of the staff were extremely professional and compassionate when it came to my injury. The hours were late enough that I was able to fit Physio into my work schedule and the online booking options was also very helpful. Great ambiance, great staff and most importantly, physiotherapists are amazing and working hard to get you back on track. I go to Rob and he is amazing at what he does. I definitely recommend Action Physiotherapy.

Also, they use an App which helps you with workouts at home. Which helps with how to properly do the exercises.

They created a timeline for me and to my surprise, I started to see the results as promised.
